Story

A little over 2 months ago I rescued Chance as a brother for Louie who I have had for 2 yrs. Chance sits, gives paw, sleeps through the night and is house trained. He's such a sweet boy and loves his toys! Unfortunately Louie is not liking having a brother, he's not eating & vomiting bile. I can't send chance back where he came from as it was 23/7 in a 2'x2' dark cage. He's such an amazing boy and just needs a safe, happy and loving home. He likes to play fetch and tug and watch me fold laundry. This is so sad but unfortunately the point of rescuing is for everyone to be happy. I don't make this decision lightly and if we cross the threshold he will not be available but at this time the best thing is to look for a new home.

Story

Dillon is a handsome senior bulldog mix with the cutest underbite ever!  He is housebroken, non-destructive when left alone, walks fantastically on leash and absolutely loves car rides!  He also loves to run around and play fetch!  He is good with dogs but needs to learn some manners while playing with them.  He is a little sensitive to being petted at first but once you form that bond with him, he just loves to cuddle (watch out he snores and hogs the bed!).  He would do best in a quiet home with DOG SAVVY adults with minimal visitors (or be willing to put him away when having visitors which he doesn’t mind).  Please give this boy a chance and let him live his senior years in a home.    April 25, 2024, 6:38 am

Mack is an adorable 7-year-old brindle Bulldog from a high kill shelter where he was about to be euthanized until 11th Hour stepped in and saved him. And boy, are we glad we did!!! Mack is friendly, loves toys (especially tennis balls) and has an extremely funny personality. He is a good sport about getting dressed up for various holidays although he may put on his "worried" face when he's afraid of being on Santa's "Naughty" list!  Mack is housebroken, crate trained and super quiet when left alone. He is also very affectionate and loves being near his people. He really enjoys going for long walks, playing fetch all day long and does great on a leash when he is away from the kennel. Mack loves going for car rides and will entertain himself in the backseat, rolling around on his back. Wilbert was pulled into our rescue from a local inner city shelter.  This handsome short and stocky Bulldog mix is about 6 years old and weighs 75 pounds.  Wilbert is very sweet with everyone he meets and gets along well with other dogs.  Wilbert walks well on leash and is crate trained.  He is a very smart boy - he comes when called and knows the sit command.  Wilbert is very active and doesn't know his own size and strength and would do best in an adult only home! He gets spooked when people get too close to his face so he needs an owner that respects this. Pickles Newark was pulled by Eleventh Hour from a local shelter - this low rider comes in at a whopping 65lbs! He is currently 2 years old. Pickles is a meatball! He is great on leash and knows some basic commands. Pickles has the cutest little trot when he walks! He loves the pool and absolutely loves to play fetch, the squeakier the toy the better! Pickles is house trained and crate trained! He likes all people and has yet to meet a stranger. He has a big handsome head with eyes that look straight into your soul! This sweet boy is friendly with people and dogs. He has a medium energy level, he loves to go on walks but is also happy to cuddle up by your side. Choo already knows how to sit, is crate trained, and is currently working on his house training.
