Rocco has been with us for 1.5 years, and now a part of our Foster 2 Adopt program! If you think Rocco will be a great fit for your family, you can become his foster. When you inevitably fall in love, and want to make him a part of your family forever, we'll waive your adoption fee! Meet Rocco - a guy who will (a) never say no to a walk, (b) happily greets people (c) is good with kids, and (d) shockingly enjoys spending time in his den/crate when you aren't around! When we say we aren't sure why Rocco hasn't been adopted after being with us for over a year, we really mean it! Rocco is truly a wonderful canine companion. One thing we love most about Rocco is his adaptable nature. He is happy to match your energy level, whether you're seeking a playful companion or a laid-back snuggle buddy. Time for a walk or play session - he's down to clown. Wanna snuggle up and watch a Rom-Com? He's all yours. Did I mention he's great with kids? That really cannot be overlooked! In addition to Rocco being house trained and crate trained, he already knows the words "off," “no,” "sit," and "crate". Rocco loves his chew toys, will love walks with you, and wants nothing more than to finally settle into his forever family. While Rocco has canine friends (from a Great Dane to a Toy Poodle) he has been known to be a little choosy with dogs, so our volunteers will work closely with potential adopters to help match him with a canine pal. Hello Violet was born 9/8/2025 she has 8 other siblings she was mated from my older dog. She’s my grandbaby. She love to snack and play around she loves to cuddle/ she was rehomed and the owner noticed she was deaf he couldn’t keep her or train her properly. So he dropped her so we can pet set and just never picked her up and doesn’t pick up my calls. I unfortunately. Can’t keep her due to space and I have 4 other dogs. My man goal is to rehome to a loving family or someone who can give her that one on a one :/

He is crate trained, potty trained, and very responsive to commands. Shuffle thinks he’s a lap dog and loves being as close to his people as possible, soaking up all the affection he can get. He is very polite when meeting new people and does not jump, making him a joy to have around in any setting. He is wonderful with kids and does great in public environments. He has even attended a basketball game where he remained calm, happy, and well-behaved. While he adores companionship, he is also comfortable being left alone and shows no signs of separation anxiety. Like any young dog, he still has some playful puppy tendencies, such as mouthing when he wants to play, but he is highly receptive to training and has already made great progress with this and with leash pulling. Shuffle is friendly with other dogs and just wants to play—his current leg injury limits him a bit, but it hasn’t dampened his joyful spirit. He loves flinging his toys into the air and chasing after them with enthusiasm. Overall, Shuffle is a loving, affectionate, and well-rounded pup who will make an amazing companion for a lucky family.
