Santini has excellent manners and is house trained and crate trained. She would love to show off everything she has learned including sit, stay, down, and heel (for a treat of course)! Santini is happy to fit into her humans' routine and picks up quickly on new commands. She is very accommodating, walks well on a leash, and corrects/redirects easily. Santini loves to play, but is also happy to hang out with her people around the house.Santini would do best as the only dog in the house with an experienced dog owner who can maintain consistent boundaries and expectations to help her succeed and feel reassured. She is an athletic gal who loves to chase after balls and show off her signature ‘hopping prance’. She would love to have a fenced in yard or a local fenced in area so she can show off her moves! When she has finally expended all of her energy you can find her searching for the best sunbathing spot to take a snooze in. Santini is a sweet, gentle soul who wants nothing more than to be loved and make you laugh with her goofy antics. Please Note: All dogs are posted until they are officially adopted. **EVENT DEPOSIT PENDING**Adoptable in: MA, RI, NH, CT, and VTGood with dogs: NoGood with cats: NoGood with kids:  Older kids only (13+)Crate trained: YesHouse trained: YesBounce's adoption fee has been generously covered by an anonymous donor who hopes that this lovable pup will finally find her forever home after spending over 540 days in foster care!Looking for a cuddle bug to snuggle up with on lazy Sundays? Bounce is the girl for you! She has a fantastically low-key personality, is low-maintenance in terms of exercise (she's happy with a leisurely walk or spending time out in a yard rolling in the grass and enjoying the sun,) and mostly just wants to spend time with her humans, even if it means simply snoozing at their feet.Bounce is fully crate and house-trained, non-destructive, incredibly intelligent, and highly motivated by treats so you can bond with her over doggy snacks while teaching her some new tricks. Although Bounce may be a little shy around unfamiliar people or places, she looks to her humans for reassurance and enjoys weekend outings to Home Depot, where she can proudly display her exceptional leash-walking skills. Bounce thrives on the love she gets from her family and would be happiest as an only pet where she can receive ALL of the attention and affection. Whether you work from home or in an office, have a fenced yard, or live in a denser area, Bounce will adapt easily to her new home as long as you can provide Bounce an abundance of love and snuggles! Please Note: All dogs are posted until they are officially adopted. Story
Adoptable in: MA, RI, NH, CT, and VTGood with dogs: Yes, with proper introsGood with cats: NoGood with kids: Yes, age 16+Crate trained: YesHouse Trained: YesKoda is a sweet, silly gal who is ready to give so much love to her forever humans! She gets along well with other dogs when she can meet them slowly. When she meets new energetic dogs, she would prefer to have a little extra time and space to get to know them but warms up quickly. She is a medium-energy dog, where she loves to play outside in the yard or go for walks and then is content to chill on the couch. She also loves bones and chew toys which can entertain her for hours. Koda has a playful personality and like most pups can jump when excited because she's just so happy to see you. She is looking for a home with adult humans and no cats, as she is still learning how to channel her energy through structure and boundaries. She is a lover with a big heart and adores human affection and attention..Koda is fully crate-trained and house-trained. She will go into her crate willingly for a high value treat and has mastered eating meals in the crate. She’d make a perfect work from home buddy, as she is crated occasionally during the day and will sleep in her overnight without any issue. Koda is doing great with her leash manners and will look to you for guidance as she navigates her new environment. She is food-motivated and very trainable, as she picks up commands quickly such as ‘sit’, and working hard on ‘down’ and ‘place’.Koda is a lovebug who’s never met a stranger she doesn’t like, so please consider this gal as she’d make a wonderful addition to an adult home! Please Note: All dogs currently available for adoption are posted on our website. He loves people, especially kids, fun car rides, long walks to smell the flowers, and just life in general. Capicola has been fostered in a multi dog home and has had no issues with any of the dogs. He has met dogs on leash walks and has been social and non-reactive. He is very passive.  Capicola is interested when he sees outside cats, but corrects easily. He might be alright in a home with a dog savvy cat. He is fine with chickens too. Capicola loves kids. He is a strong dog, but a gentle giant.Capicola crates on his own. He is quiet while crated but will bark for attention when he needs to go out to potty. He does not have accidents inside it, or in the house. Capicola is good on a leash. He does pull a little when the walk starts, but will then walk nicely. Please Note: All dogs currently available for adoption are posted on our website. Story
Walker is a sweet loving gentle but extremely anxious boy. Walker loves people and is very good with meeting new people / strangers. We've gone through the training before so it's manageable now, but he suffers from severe separation anxiety and needs to be with someone that will be willing to re-train with him in his new home. When Walker is selective about new dogs but usually does okay when introduced properly. Walker's become leash reactive and needs to be in a suburban / rural area or somewhere with a large yard for him to play. He has an equal amount of energy as he does the ability to snuggle and sleep. He needs to be in a home with enough of a network that can help look after him as he doesn't do well in boarding / daycare due to his separation anxiety.

Story
Nova is a beautiful 6 year old 64-lb pit mix that has more love to give than she can handle. My husband and I rescued her when she was 2 years old after she was surrendered pregnant and forced to give birth to her puppies in an unfamiliar shelter. The poor thing went through a lot and because of this she does have some anxiety and occasional fear aggression. We welcomed twin girls Nov. 2022 and although we were trying hard to make it work, it has been stressful on poor Nova and us to manage keeping them apart in our small home. Although we don’t think Nova would ever purposefully hurt them, she is very strong and does not know her own strength. She also is visibly overstimulated with two toddlers running around which is very understandable. We love her so much and although this breaks our hearts, she deserves a home that can give her more time and attention than we can right now. A relaxing one where she is the only pet, no kids or older ones preferably.
