Zaria happily entertains herself with toys or a romp in the backyard. She has lived with cats and has for the most part ignored their presence. Zaria loves her people and enjoys making new human friends. She can be an enthusiastic greeter and sometimes forgets her size, so older dog-savvy children would be best for her. Zaria enjoys going for walks around the neighborhood and looks to her humans for reassurance and guidance in new situations. Zaria is an intelligent girl and very eager to please. She knows a plethora of commands, and loves to learn new things every day. She is fully house trained and crate trained. Zaria enjoys relaxing in her crate throughout the day and sleeps soundly in it overnight. She may only have one eye, but she doesn't let that get in the way of being the happiest dog! She has a medium energy level and would love a home with lots of playtime, followed by good naps.Ducky likes to wrestle with the other dogs in the home, but does take a cue if they are ready to stop. She has not met a cat, but with her sweet demeanor, would likely coexist happily. She has spent time with kids and did well.Ducky is crate trained and will go in her crate willingly. She does sit for her food, treats and before she goes outside. She is also house trained and will pace to show that she needs to go out. She walks pretty well on a leash and with more practice, will soon be a pro.Ducky is very lovable and enjoys sneaking onto your lap and taking a nap.
