Story
Brindle Pitt looking for a new forever home. We rescued him a little over 2 years ago and never had a problem. (He did show aggression at the rescue place he was at towards other dogs, they believe he was used for fighting as he has a few scars on his legs but he was found on the side of the road) He did a meet and greet with our 2 little pups (chihuahuas) with no problem (his aggression was towards larger dogs) he has lived with them for almost 3 years with no problem. He just recently started showing small signs of aggression and we came home to my little pup dead. He had killed him. he just hasn’t been the same since. He shows absolutely no signs of aggression with kids or people at all only other animals. He would do great in a home where he is by himself.

Story
Brimo is once again looking for what will hopefully be his forever home. This poor boy has been failed by humans more than once but that doesn’t stop him from being a sweet, loving boy. Brimo was left tied in an alley as a 3 month old puppy. He was adopted and then returned after months because his new owner had problems bonding with him. She preferred rotties. Brimo was with rescue for months with no interest so we sent him to a board and train facility for 8 wks of training just to make him more adorable. Once again he was adopted and after 3 months was returned last week because the adopter lived with his parents and his Dad refused to even speak to poor Brimo. This dog deserves so much more than life has given him so far. He still has a big puppy mentality, is good with kids loves to go for rides is a great hiking partner. He is good with other dogs but might be too much for a small dog. He’s not a fan of cats. A fenced yard would be the icing on the cake for this guy. If you are looking for a wonderful, loving dog and are ready to make a serious commitment to a great animal please make an appointment to meet Brimo.

Story
Hey there, my name is Kourtney! I am super cute, short and stout, a little house hippo if you will. But this house hippo is strong like an ox! Silly like a goose! And dreams of being as free as a bird. Kourtney is a delightful girl ready to find a forever family. When she`s not jumping in mud puddles or racing around the yards, she enjoys snuggling her favorite people and tackling new toys. Kourtney is as tenacious as a toddler (she doesn`t like to share). Share what you ask? Her people with other animals! Kourtney wants to be the only animal in her home and be spoiled like the princess she is. Kourtney loves to play and is very energetic. Kourtney is not comfortable with kids, but would do great with teens and up. Come meet Kourt today and let her steal your heart! If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings. Hello! My name is Bonnie! Did you hear that? I am available for adoption! I am so excited to meet my forever family and spend my days in love. I am a sweetie pie and so friendly. I would do best as a single pet in a home with people aged teen and above because I am a sophisticated, mature lady. I`d love to spend the rest of my days snuggling on the couch watching movies with my family. I also love to play and go on long walks! My zoomies are the best and I love to smile when I am feeling extra happy. Come meet me today!** I am currently in foster! Story
Hi! My name is Calliope! I am a bouncy, beautiful, bubbly girl. I love to meet new people and I think everyone wants to be my friend. Sometimes forget that I am a dog and not a bulldozer, so I should go home with people that can handle me (not little kiddos) and my big personality. I am very strong and learning to not pull so much on leash, but it`s hard! I`m just so excited to go, go, go! I was originally a stray, so not much is known about my past. The staff have learned that I love other dogs and would like a fun friend that I can run around and wrestle with. Here`s what my foster mom has to say about me: She`s big and strong and her adopters should be experienced with the breed or be committed to working with a trainer. She`s just kinda `stubborn` and a bull in a china shop.I`m ready for a forever home.**I am currently in foster! Please contact the shelter if you`d like to meet me!**If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings.
