Story
Toad is a handsome gray pit bull with a big blocky head, soulful eyes, and an even bigger heart. He’s a sweet, people-loving boy who enjoys being close to his humans—whether that means lounging on the couch, following you from room to room, or soaking up all the affection he can get. Toad has a calm, gentle nature with a playful goofy side that comes out once he’s comfortable. He loves walks, treats, and cozy nap spots, and he’s eager to please. Despite his tough look, Toad is truly a softie who just wants a family to call his own.If you’re looking for a loyal companion, a cuddle buddy, and a best friend rolled into one. Toad might be the perfect match for you.If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings. Dogs are individuals and have personality conflicts, just like us. Play groups do not guarantee that territorial or resource guarding issues will not surface in the home. While play groups do help us get to know the dog`s better, once they are adopted their new environments and new relationships will influence their behavior in ways we cannot predict. The Adoption Fee Includes:- initial canine distemper combination vaccination- first worming or stool check- rabies vaccination (for animals over 3 months of age)- 24 Petwatch microchipping- flea treatment/preventative- spaying or neutering-heartworm testingAdoption fee: $135.00Per state law, ALL ADOPTERS must purchase a non-refundable 2025 dog license at time of adoption for any canine three months and older. Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Hi there! My name’s Buddy Martin, and I’m a 2-year-old bundle of joy with a heart as big as my smile! I might have started life as a stray, but now I’m dreaming of a forever-home where I can share all my love (and a few of my silly zoomies).I’m a sweet, affectionate guy who adores hugs, kisses, and playtime. Give me a tennis ball, and I’ll show you my best moves! I spent some time in a foster home where I proved that I’m both housebroken and crate-trained. Pretty impressive, right?!?I do like to keep an eye on my home and can be protective when new people visit. It helps me feel safe to relax in my crate with a tasty treat when guests come over. That’s why I’d be happiest in an adults-only home without too many visitors, just me, my favorite humans, and lots of love.My dream home would have a fenced yard where I can run, play, and get all my energy out. I’m still working on some basic training, but I’m super eager to please and very treat motivated, so I’m ready to learn everything you want to teach me!The shelter can be a little loud and stressful for me, so I can’t wait to find a calm, quiet home where I can finally relax, cuddle up, and just be your Buddy. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving friend who will keep you smiling every day, come meet me, Buddy Martin, and let’s start our happily ever after! If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings. Story
Meet Mason: a handsome brown-and-white pit bull with a sturdy build, a glossy short coat, and a wagging tail that never quits. He’s got that classic “friendly pit bull” vibe: loyal, smart, and always ready for action. Mason’s full of energy and loves to play — whether that’s chasing a toy, sprinting around the yard, or showing off his goofy side with zoomies in the living room. He’s athletic and alert, and when you give him enough exercise and attention, he blossoms into a devoted companion. But Mason’s not all hustle. After playtime, he’s a big softie. He’ll lean in for scratches, flop down for belly rubs, and slide into “lap-dog mode” if you’ll let him. He’s smart, eager to please, and picks up commands quickly — a great match for someone who loves a dog that’s both fun and trainableIf this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings. Story
I got Tydus at 8 weeks old and shown him so much love since the day we met, he's been such an amazing part of my family. I travel a lot for work and he's so excited every time I come home. He's 3 years old as of early September, he loves my 4 children that are 17,15,7, and 1. Some times he doesn't understand his size and just loves to cuddle and be pet but also loves to run outside and play fetch. I would love a family that can give him the attention he needs, I have him house trained and I have a fenced in yard I only ever put him on a leash for a walk which he loves and he is crate trained, unfortunately he's not a big fan of car rides but will ride in the car if going to vet or the park.
