This sweet girl is one of many dogs who's fate it was to be abandoned here in the south. People are throwing sweet dogs out day and night in this economy. Ducky is one of the lucky ones that was picked up by a kind stranger and brought to a rescue that was able to find a foster! She is Spayed and UTD on required vaccines. Ducky likes other dogs but is rambunctious. She loves everyone she meets so older children would be fine. She is close to housetrained and will just need to get comfortable with her new routine. We hope to find a home where Reacher gets regular walks and is allowed on the couch and in the bed. He loves to cuddle! Unfortunately my health is not in a place that I can walk or love him the way he deserves. I think he would be best in a home without cats because although he’s not aggressive, he likes to play with cats and they don’t love to reciprocate. Reacher doesn’t have an aggressive cell in his body. He’s a little dog in a big dogs body and he doesn’t have the best spatial awareness. He’s a big lug full of love! He doesn’t bark, drool, or jump. He walks great on leash or off, he doesn’t run. He sits, lays down, and rolls over. He’s gentle taking treats and around babies or kids. He can be left out unsupervised, he doesn’t chew and isn’t destructive. No cage needed! Loves bones and chew toys. Excellent on car rides and would love to go with you everywhere!

Meet Melon, You will fall in love! Sweet Melon is about 30# and around 9 months old. She is currently at the shelter learning to be brave and getting there every day. She is there with her brother Mango. They both are looking for a wonderful foster or adopter. They do not need to be adopted or fostered together, this is just the current situation she is in and we love the puppy playtime in the meantime. Melon is a bit on the shyer, quiet side which may change once she gets more confident. We already see her coming out of her shell. She can be the only dog or would be happy to have a dog brother or sister that can show her the ropes, with slow and proper introductions. If sweet Melon looks to be your match, please fill out an app for her, she is waiting. *Cats and Kids are unknown. Breed is a guess based on appearance.
