Story
Meet Reba! This sweet girl was unfortunately dealt a tough start to life where she was chained in the backyard and neglected to a point where her collar had to be surgically removed from her neck. The sweet girl has made incredible strides in her life since then and we know the right family will leave all her bad memories in the past and fill up her future with only love. We’ve made up a list for what this special girl would like in a forever home: -An active home with lots of walks and time to play ball. -I am crate trained but it’s not my favorite place so I would love to sleep in bed and cuddle on the couch with you. -Older kids would be best since I can be a little hyper I might knock a little one down. -She is open to having a doggy sibling but no cats If interested in applying for Reba, please fill out an application on our website. She can’t wait to meet you!

Story
My name is Poppy and I’m a short curvy girl that loves to play. I act scared for about 1 minute when meeting new people or going new places. Once I have a minute to adjust them I’m your best friend. I love to play and jump around that’s how I got my name. Hoping all over. I can be a little to much for some other dogs with my silly puppy energy and I may knock little kids over. I don’t mind cats they are ok. Rescue mom say I’m so silly because I love to get in the bathtub, play in shower and drink from the tap. She also say I would do best in a home that will continue my training and give me lots of exercise. I do have some allergies also so keep that in mind.

Story
Meet Tallulah – A True Survivor Searching for Her Safe Place If you have been following our journey, you may remember Tallulah—the beautiful mama dog we found eating trash by the side of the road. When we approached her, she did not run. Instead, with extraordinary trust and heart, she led us straight to her hidden babies. Because of Tallulah’s courage and gentle spirit, we were able to save her entire little family. Now, it is Tallulah’s turn to be cared for. This sweet, soulful girl has recently been diagnosed with heartworm and is also healing from a painful ear infection. She is looking for a foster-to-adopt home where she can rest, recover, and finally receive the unconditional love she has always given so freely to others. Tallulah is dog-friendly, wonderful with children and all humans, and the definition of a gentle, affectionate companion. She loves to snuggle, play, and simply be close to the people she trusts. After everything she has endured, Tallulah deserves a soft place to land—a quiet, loving home where she can heal and be reminded that she is safe. Her current foster can no longer keep her, and we are urgently searching for someone willing to step in and offer Tallulah the second chance she so deeply deserves. If you can open your heart and home to this incredible dog, please apply today. Giving Tallulah a safe space to heal is not just fostering—it is truly saving a life. Adoption is $275, which includes spay/neuter at our vet, vaccines, dewormer, microchip, and clean bill of health. Although we work to potty train all of our dogs, we cannot guarantee full house training before adoption. Regression is a normal part of transitioning to a new home. Story
Meet Salvador! Salvador aka Sal is a 7-month-old puppy with a personality as big as his heart! This little guy is full of energy and love, and he’s looking for his forever family to share his playful spirit and cuddly nature with! His favorite activities include playing with his foster fur siblings, chasing squeaky toys, and enjoying a yak chew. When it’s time to wind down, he’s the #1 cuddler, always ready to give the best puppy hugs and snuggles! Sal is a blend of outgoing and laidback - he is social and loving, curious and playful, snuggly and silly. Sal is smart and treat motivated, making training enjoyable and smoother for all. He has learned many basic commands like "sit", "shake", "lay down", "outside", "crate", and his name. Sal is fully potty trained and fully crate trained - he even sleeps through the night in his kennel! He is working on leash training. Sal is great with other dogs, but has not been around cats. He is also really great with kids of all ages. His ideal family would be one that’s fairly active, possibly with children and/or another young dog around his size to match his playful energy. Sal prefers dogs who are the same size or larger than him. He could be the only dog in the home with someone who is committed to his socialization and training. If you have an adult dog, your dog will accompany you to the meet and greet to assist with the selection process. Adoptions are based on connection and chemistry! Adoption Fee: $325 This fee covers spay/neuter when age-appropriate, vaccines to date of adoption, deworming, microchip, and a clean bill of health. Sal is scheduled for neuter at the end of March. Story
Meet Christmas – The One-Eyed Angel Who’s Still Waiting to Be Chosen Christmas came to us on Christmas Eve, alone in the cold, missing one eye and clinging to life. We promised him that night that better days were coming—that someone out there would see him, love him, and never let him go. Months have passed. And while he’s given nothing but love to every person he’s met, he’s still waiting. Christmas is a gentle giant with the kindest soul. He leans his whole weight into your side, as if he’s saying thank you just for being near. He doesn’t ask for much—just a warm place to rest, a quiet home, and a human to love him back. He’s incredible with kids. Easygoing. Affectionate. Grateful. But now he needs more than just our affection—he needs a safe place to heal. Christmas is high heartworm positive and can’t begin treatment in the shelter. The injections are intense, and recovery demands peace, quiet, and comfort—none of which we can offer him here. His life depends on finding a foster or foster-to-adopt home immediately. We know the right person is out there. Someone with a calm home. A soft couch. A little time, and a whole lot of love to give. Because Christmas has never stopped believing that someone will come for him. We believe it too. Adoption is $275, which includes spay/neuter at our vet, vaccines, dewormer, microchip, and clean bill of health. Although we work to potty train all of our dogs, we cannot guarantee full house training before adoption. Regression is a normal part of transitioning to a new home.
