Rascal is an Australian cattle dog mix (a tall one!) that is ~60 lbs and estimated to be around 2 years old. He's neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, housebroken and crate-trained. He was DNA tested and results showed 40% cattle dog (mixed with breeds like rottweiler and german-shepherd). He's a beautiful, unique-looking dog. Rascal is intelligent and very eager to learn, which makes training him fun! He is very praise-driven and also food-motivated. He's also goofy, affectionate, and playful with humans. I have been fostering him for over 4 months and he's learning to enter and exit the car with cues, wait for meals patiently in his crate, "leave it" cue, and loves to be a "helper" by carrying stuff around the house and supervising chores lol He also loves car rides! He would do well in a home that will give him structure and consistency and wants an adventure buddy to bring along on hikes and long walks. He would also do well in a home with a large older dog to show him the ropes.

This girl is Fast!! She loves to play, and really wants you to love play too! She brings the toys back when you throw them, and there’s an open invitation to play tug in addition to throw. Like most cattle dogs she’s got an independent streak and has mischief in her eyes- which isn’t for everyone. She is curious and inquisitive, goofy and speedy, playful and a bit bossy. She’s got loads of energy to burn so will do best in an active home with humans who want to involve her in their adventures. Shes smart so will do well with training, and will likely find her own fun without training- so training is key. Shes not overly cuddly but does like to get scratches during play breaks. Queenie is gorgeous and has an adorable little tiny underbite. She’ll just about perfect for humans who hike, walk, run, camp, or just do general adventuring in their regular life pattern.
