I am Noah! And, like my namesake from the movie "The Notebook", I am swoon-worthy. I am an old-fashioned gentleman who likes to take a walk alongside my love interest. I currently live with 5 dogs, and I get along great with all of them! I think it may be in part due to my charm. I am an unassuming chap who takes long, luxurious naps. My foster mom says I snore, but at least she knows where I am at all times! I have a bum leg, so I don't run that much. I can go downstairs, but I struggle a bit coming back up, so a one-level place would be great for an older man like myself!  I do like to bark, so a home without shared walls would be best for me! I love to wag my tail and do a little happy dance whenever there is food involved. I do carry a little bit of extra weight, but don't worry, I'm working on it!  My foster mom thinks I am a great companion for anyone who is looking for a low-maintenance, sweet, cuddly guy!  One big thing you should know is that Noah is heartworm positive - but please don’t let that scare you away from adopting them! He has already finished his treatment and is currently just on activity restrictions. Heartworm is not a contagious disease. She was found as a pregnant stray that had been living under an old abandoned porch, but she was trapped and brought into rescue to have her babies. She must be leashed when outside at all times as she has been known to be a bit of an escape artist. Lou is not completely potty trained but is working on it every day.  Lou is kennel trained and will sleep there soundly through the night. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi I'm Peppa but my foster Mom calls me Lil Baby Nitro  because I have tons of energy!!! Since I got here I have learned to share more stuff with my foster siblings, even my food! I have also been doing really well at this whole going potty outside thing, however , my new family will need to familiarize themselves with my cues indicating when I need to go outside. I love playing with rubbery squeak toys; they are my absolute favorite.  In fact if you are busy , I   will even toss it around for myself. Foster mom says I have the softest fur on my head and she loves petting it at night. Speaking of that, I love cuddling with my most favorite human at night when I go to sleep. I used to get a bit possessive but I have learned that I need to be nice and share but it may take a few days. And lately we go on these walks in the morning and I do really well with that. I have an endless desire to stroll indefinitely, but my foster mom insists that, for now, a mere half-hour is more than sufficient for a petite peanut like me, considering my short legs and all.
