Story
Nadia is 6 years old, we got her from a family in Mexico when we lived in California. She loves to cuddle and play but it would be better for her to go to a family without young children. She is a herding dog and her nips are pretty powerful and will hurt young ones. She is good with our cat but sometimes when they play, they will get too excited and end up scratching each other, or chasing around the house. Nadia is also a scaredy-cat, she takes awhile to warm up to new people, and you will know whenever someone is walking around your house! She may not be good as a protector, but she is the queen at alerting you! Overall she is a great dog with some quirks, but I'm sure the right family would love to have her.

Story
Hi there, my name is Minnetonka but I go by Tonka for short. I am a 9 week old terrier/mix. I am a very smart girl. I learned how to go up the stairs and then I learned how to go down the stairs. Potty training has been almost perfect. I had only one accident and that was my first night so that doesn't count. I go out after eating and every 2 hours. I will let you know in the night with a little whine when I need to go. I love going outside sand found a great hiding spot that is behind the hostas. I eat out of a slow feeder because I eat so fast. So please don't have any other food setting out, because I don't know when I am full. I like to snuggle but love to run also. I sleep in my kennel and will go right in if there is a small treat waiting for me. I play with the neighbor kids everyday. I hope you liked what you read and want to put in an application from. Story
Vermilion (Milo) is a super cute, loving, red heeler mix pup.  While at times, he loves running around with his siblings and exploring the backyard, other times he’s perfectly content hanging out alone and just chilling.  He was the first one of his litter to learn how to sit and knows how to lie down.  He does very well with pee pads and has also done well with the transition to being house-trained as he’ll go to the bathroom shortly after being let outside.  He has been predominantly indifferent to the resident dog and cats to this point.  He’s done very well meeting other people.  He will often approach to be picked up and held, during which he will shower you with kisses all over your face.  He would be a great addition to any home.       Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Story
Stacy is a female Australian Cattle Dog mix born around October 2024. After lovingly raising her puppies in rescue, this sweet girl is now ready to find a forever home of her own. Stacy is extremely shy when meeting new people, but once she feels safe and comfortable, her gentle and loving personality begins to shine. She’s a sensitive pup who needs a calm, patient family willing to let her build confidence at her own pace. With time, kindness, and reassurance, Stacy becomes an affectionate companion who loves staying close to her foster mom. She gets along well with other dogs and her forever home should have a confident canine friend to help show her the ropes. Because of her timid nature, Stacy would do best in a quieter home and would likely be best with older children who can respect her space and gentle personality.  Stacy is potty trained, though she may have a few nervous tinkles when meeting new people or in unfamiliar situations. She is still gaining confidence on a leash and can be easily startled. When scared, she may back up, flatten herself to the ground, or try to hide. Her future family should be prepared to continue helping her build confidence with patience, encouragement, and positive experiences. She does great in a kennel and rides very well in the car. Watching Stacy gain confidence day by day has been incredibly rewarding. If you’re looking for a loyal, gentle companion and are willing to give her the time she needs to come out of her shell, Stacy will reward you with so much love and trust.   Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue.
