Meet The Incredible Belle Starr, Mama of the Outlaw gang 🐾 Starr has done her job as a devoted mama, and now it’s her turn to be someone’s cherished companion. After finishing her final litter—whose puppies are getting ready to head off to their forever homes—she’s ready to start the next chapter of her life. Starr and a corgi companion were dumped in a rural area. When the finders took her in to be spayed it was discovered she was pregnant. Lucky for Starr she was sent to Rescue. Starr was able to safely have and raise her puppies in a foster home. Barely more than a puppy herself, she will never have to have puppies again. Born a tripod, this girl doesn’t let that slow her down one bit. True to her Heeler roots, she’s active, confident, and capable—keeping up with life just like any four-legged dog. She embodies everything people love about the breed: intelligent, loyal, and always ready to be involved. Starr truly loves everyone she meets. She is good with dogs big and small and cats too. She is safe on the farm with horses. She’s very well behaved, walks great on a leash, is fully potty trained, and can be trusted in the house without being crated. She would do best with another playful dog friend. Being an active working breed she would not do well with long hours alone. She’s the kind of dog who just fits right in with an active family. She is spayed, current on all vaccinations, and heart worm negative and on preventative, making her fully ready for her forever home. Starr weighs approx 35# and is 18 mo old. Attention, all friends - current and future - of Banjo! (That is, me). If you've got plans for this weekend, cancel them, because there's a PARTY AT MY PLACE! It's gonna be LIT. We've got a Kong bar, a tap water keg, and- get this- my buddy Chaz says his roommate has this crazy new tennis ball that smells like bacon. We'll have a butt-sniffing conga line and, best of all... there will be HUMANS. I'll provide the entertainment. I'm lots of fun to be around and I have all kinds of party tricks! I mean, yes, most of them involve giving high fives, but who doesn't love a high five?! I know I'm the life of the party. You don't have to tell me. I guess I'm just blessed with being a super social guy! I love children and have lived with other dogs and even farm animals and done well with them. In fact, what do you say we keep this party going? I've got plenty of energy, but more importantly, I just... don't want you to leave. Or... I mean, I'm good in the car, so if you HAVE to leave, maybe I could come along? I'll admit, sometimes I get lonely when my people leave and am scared they won't come back for me, so if you have to leave, I should be crated to keep me from getting into trouble while I wait for you. I've been told I'm a "velcro dog" and I'll own up to that. Things are just better with my people around, you know? So, about this party... there is one detail I haven't worked out yet: the address. See, I say it's at my place, but right now, I don't really have a "place" of my own. I was kinda hoping we could change that, though. Maybe su casa can be mi casa?
