Pineapple and his siblings, Blueberry and Lemon were originally living underneath an old barn and found placement with C.A.R.E - Coalition for Animal Rescue & Education before coming to Country Acres Rescue. Pineapple loves to play and interact with his sisters. He loves to do zoomies and run and run and run; it is very evident he is appreciative of all of CAR's exercise yards. Pineapple is dog and kid friendly and would do well in a home environment with both. Pineapple is patiently waiting to find the loving home that he so deserves. Her intelligence shines through her interactions, making her an easy companion for anyone. Kida is also a friend to all creatures, displaying an innate gentleness with farm animals that speaks volumes about her sweet nature. This loving dog is just waiting for the right family to share her sweetness and intelligence with. Kida does have one drawback, when she went to the vet to be spayed we found out she had two mammary tumors.  These were removed, but our vet has suggested that these could come back, so we want to be very transparent that she may have some future medical expenses.  For this reason, we are waving her adoption fee. Meet Magellan! He had been living on the street for a few months when someone asked if we could take him in. He’s sooooo happy and bouncy! He weighs 51 pounds and is about a year old, still a baby with sparkling white teeth! He is GREAT with the other dogs in the yard and so he is able to run free with the front yard pack. He has a chill disposition and isn’t dominant with the other dogs. Believe it or not, sometimes street dogs can be more well adjusted than a dog that is owner surrendered! He’s probably even good with cats, we can always cat test any dog! Magellan loves to play! We rescued Jax from Pets Smart when he was about 2 years old, and he has been a spoiled member of our family ever since. Jax is a loving, affectionate dog and likes to be with people. He is fun to be around and loves his snacks, He is 12 years old and is energetic and playful and fun to be with. We would love for him to be in loving and caring home and continue to be spoiled.
