WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org 🐾✨ Meet Fergie — Your All-Access Adventure Pass ✨🐾 Fergie is a 2-year-old Mini Aussie, weighing 34 pounds, and she’s basically a ball of energy wrapped in a drop-dead gorgeous chocolate, tan, and white coat. Seriously — this girl turns heads everywhere she goes… and then zooms past them because she’s got places to be. 😄 She’s smart, athletic, and READY FOR ACTION, making her an amazing candidate for agility, obedience, hiking, running, or anything that lets her stretch those legs and use that brilliant Aussie brain. Fergie walks beautifully on and off leash, hops into the car like a pro, and is always up for the next adventure — whether that’s a weekend road trip or a quick trip to grab coffee. Fergie is: ✅ House trained ✅ Spayed & up-to-date on vaccines ✅ Great with dogs ✅ Good with kids ✅ Energetic, athletic, and eager to learn ✅ A total superstar with “good dog” energy Cats are currently unknown, but with her smarts and training ability, proper introductions could go a long way. This girl is not a couch potato — she’s looking for an active family who wants a dog to be part of everything but she does like that precious cuddle just like any other... when the day is done. Morning walks? She’s in. Weekend hikes? Absolutely. Road trips? Shotgun. Folding laundry? She’ll supervise. And let’s talk about that coat — rich chocolate brown with tan and white markings that make her look like she walked straight out of a dog magazine. Beauty and brains? Yes, for sure! ✨ If you’re looking for a loyal sidekick, adventure buddy, and all-around awesome dog, Fergie checks every box. Apply today at haydudeequine.org and get ready to fall in love with your new favorite adventure partner! 🐶💨💖

Story
Meet Baloo  Half puppy, half teddy bear, 100% heart-stealer.   Baloo is a 10 week old shepherd mix who looks like he wandered straight out of a storybook forest and into foster care. With his fluffy brown, black, and white coat and his round, bear-cub vibe, he has a way of making people smile before he even says hello.   At about 15 pounds of pure puppy potential, Baloo is playful, curious, and always ready for his next little adventure. New people might get a shy glance at first, but don’t blink. He warms up quickly and suddenly you have a wiggly, tail-wagging sidekick who wants to be wherever you are. He’s easygoing by nature and loves to explore his world one sniff at a time.   Baloo gets along well with other dogs and would love a canine buddy to help show him how fun life can be. He’s still working on house training and will need basic obedience training, but he’s at the perfect age to learn and bond with his future family. His exercise needs are moderate. Think daily walks, backyard zoomies, and plenty of play breaks followed by well earned puppy naps. A fenced yard is preferred so this little explorer can safely patrol his kingdom.   Life with Baloo will look like playful mornings, curious afternoons, and cozy evenings with a puppy who’s equal parts adventure buddy and cuddle candidate. With consistency, patience, and love, Baloo is going to grow into a loyal, confident companion who stays close to his people.   If you’re ready to add a bear-lookalike puppy with a gentle soul and a playful spark to your family, Baloo is ready to meet you.    If interested, please  complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO. Story
Meet Roo  Small in size, big on potential, and already practicing his “best boy” skills.   Roo is a 2.5 month old, 15 lb shepherd mix with a handsome blend of tan, black, and beige that hints at the smart, watchful dog he’s growing into. He’s friendly with new people, approaches the world with curiosity, and has a natural loyalty that makes him keep one thoughtful eye on his humans at all times. Think attentive sidekick, not shadow.   He’s house-training is in progress and he’s catching on quickly. Roo is a fast learner, but he will need continued obedience training to help him build confidence and polish his manners. The good news is that he genuinely wants to learn and engage. Training won’t feel like a chore; it’ll feel like teamwork.   Roo has moderate exercise needs. Daily walks, backyard exploration, and some mental enrichment will keep him happy and balanced. A fenced yard is ideal for this curious guy, giving him a safe place to stretch his legs and satisfy his inner explorer. He’s been tested with other dogs and does well, making him a solid candidate for a home with canine companionship.   Once settled in, adopters can expect a dog who is loyal, observant, and deeply connected to his people. Roo is the type who notices routines, learns household rhythms quickly, and quietly takes pride in being part of the family. With guidance, structure, and love, he’s going to grow into a truly special companion.   If you’re looking for a smart, devoted pup who’s ready to learn and eager to belong, Roo might just be your perfect match.    If interested, please  complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO.
