Noah is crate trained and housebroken once he learns the routine of his home. He walks well on a leash and already knows sit and down. His foster family is currently working on stay, and he’s proving to be a quick learner. Because of his energy level, Noah needs an active family that willing to continue teaching him manners and training. His mama was an Australian Shepherd, and based on how the whole litter looks, his foster believes dad was a Boxer—giving him the perfect mix of smarts, athleticism, and playfulness. Monty is a great name for a great dog like me ;) I have the Monty Python kind of humor... goofy and sweet! But, don't mess with my crate! That really is my only "pet: peeve!! I was found on the streets 2 years ago and was adopted as a pup... however, I became the boss in the house and didn't like anyone entering the house that I didn't know :( SO..... Back to the rescue, because they won't give up on me!! So here I am and I have really adjusted to the environment and new people meeting me and treats and lots of love. AND the crew here basically has determined that I need a family/adopters that will be in charge of the house. Someone I can trust to protect me so I don't have to!! I am vocal in my crate, so my crate needs to be away from the common areas so I can relax and not meet everyone that stops by. Once I settle into my new home I will follow your lead! I am a gorgeous boy, with caramel and milk chocolate highlights in my soft fur. I want to please my family and go on all kinds of adventures! I am awesome out and about, meeting new people and new friends :D I hope you will look into my eyes, the windows to my soul, and see the HOPE I have to find my own home again! The rescue is great because I got a second chance, but I REALLY want a home!! Local adoption only $200 (in TX)

I'm Zuri and I'm just as sweet as I am pretty! My mom was an Aussie mix, and I'm likely to stay small/medium sized. My paws are tiny. I'm not sure how my ears are going to end up as they do different stuff every day! My favorite thing to do is cuddle, and I will plead with my big beautiful brown eyes until you pick me up.
