Bolt and his siblings Thunder and Rayne were surrendered to our rescue by a local family who had an accidental litter. There were seven puppies in total but the family was able to find homes for the other four. They are 7 months old and just the sweetest babies. He is neutered and up to date on vaccines and current on flea, tick and heartworm prevention. Bolt was getting picked on by his siblings so he came to us very skinny as they would not let him eat. He was very submissive to them and seems like he would benefit with some confidence training. He is shy but is so cuddly once he is comfortable with you. Mable is a people-loving sweetheart who greets everyone like a long-lost friend. If you’re sitting, she wants to be in your lap; if you’re standing, she’s leaning against you waiting for pets. She truly believes humans were put on this earth just to love her, and honestly… she’s not wrong. Mable gets along wonderfully with other animals — she’s great with her foster fur brother and even does well with the resident cat. She’s a joyful, wiggly girl who walks nicely on leash, enjoys car rides, and loves spending time outside with a good stick to chew on. She’s also discovering the fun of toys and is VERY proud of herself when she manages to liberate the squeaker. She is still working on her housebreaking and has had some accidents, but she’s smart, eager to please, and making progress with consistency and patience. I use ground food with bone broth. She also needs to eat standing up or sitting straight up. So the food can pass the esophagus. Her surgery in TX is est at 3,000 kDecember 11, 2025, 3:10 pm

Katie is a very energetic dog. She needs to have a fenced in yard where she can run and exercise. She is 4 years and 10 months old. She gets along with other dogs. We have three cats that she gets along with but does like to play and chase them. I think she would be better in a home that does not have other dogs because she will want all the attention she can get. She is very affectionate. She needs to have exercise and will walk on a leash. She does like to chase squirrels and birds. I have owned Katie since she was a puppy and unfortunately we are going to live fulltime in a rv traveling and Katie will not be able to get the proper attention and exercise that she needs.
