Bolt and his siblings Thunder and Rayne were surrendered to our rescue by a local family who had an accidental litter. There were seven puppies in total but the family was able to find homes for the other four. They are 7 months old and just the sweetest babies. He is neutered and up to date on vaccines and current on flea, tick and heartworm prevention. Bolt was getting picked on by his siblings so he came to us very skinny as they would not let him eat. He was very submissive to them and seems like he would benefit with some confidence training. He is shy but is so cuddly once he is comfortable with you. Mable is a people-loving sweetheart who greets everyone like a long-lost friend. If you’re sitting, she wants to be in your lap; if you’re standing, she’s leaning against you waiting for pets. She truly believes humans were put on this earth just to love her, and honestly… she’s not wrong. Mable gets along wonderfully with other animals — she’s great with her foster fur brother and even does well with the resident cat. She’s a joyful, wiggly girl who walks nicely on leash, enjoys car rides, and loves spending time outside with a good stick to chew on. She’s also discovering the fun of toys and is VERY proud of herself when she manages to liberate the squeaker. She is still working on her housebreaking and has had some accidents, but she’s smart, eager to please, and making progress with consistency and patience.                                                                              KENNEL ID #18804 Sidney and his sister Cookie were rescued from a high-kill shelter in Greene County, TN, where overcrowding forces heartbreaking decisions every day. Some were strays never reclaimed. Others were surrendered by their families — and sadly, owner surrenders are the first to be euthanized, as they receive no stray hold. Thankfully, our rescue partner in Tennessee stepped in just in time, saving 15 incredible dogs from the “last call” list. Each has now received full veterinary care and is preparing for a fresh start in PA. Despite their past, these dogs are full of hope and heart. Could this survivor be your new best friend?                                                                              KENNEL ID #18804 Mason’s story is one of heartbreak, survival, and hope. This sweet guy was abandoned in rural Tennessee—emaciated, exhausted, and desperate for kindness. In his search for help, Mason approached a home, but sadly, the resident dogs attacked him. Though the homeowner managed to break it up, Mason was left with multiple injuries. Thankfully, animal control brought him to safety, and our rescue partners stepped in just in time. He has recovered in a loving foster home. Despite everything he’s been through, Mason is gentle and trusting. He is fully healed and neutered, and is ready to find a forever home that will finally show him the love he’s been searching for.
