I can be an escape artist, so supervised playtime in the yard is a good idea. My foster mom says I am pretty quiet for a beagle. I am gentle and polite with all my doggy friends and I really love to cuddle with my humans. I cannot wait to find a family all my own who will provide me all the love and attention I deserve! I adopted my dog when he was young. He is 5 years old, a 42-lb beagle mix. He is loving, loyal, and playful, but right now he has a temporary leg injury (suspected CCL/ACL tear) and cannot put full weight on his hind leg. He requires pain medication (which we currently have) and crate rest. He is otherwise healthy, fully vaccinated, and very sweet. I am looking for a new home or foster that can provide him with medical care and help him recover. Once treated, he is expected to return to full mobility and be a happy, active dog.
