Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. We originally pulled Jojo in 9/2020! She has come a long way since then! She no longer has the major separation anxiety that she had before. She enjoys playing with other dogs, loves going for walks and is completely crate trained. Her perfect family will have other dogs for her to hang out with and some patience as she learns a new routine. She is one of the happiest dogs we've ever pulled. We love her and we think you will, too!  Jojo has had a rough life with humans that just keep letting her down. She didn't get the important socialization when she was a baby, instead she was left in the backyard.  Jojo is still in training and is working on being a calmer dog. She does amazingly well if she can be around her person, she gets anxious when she is alone. She suffers from separation anxiety and would do best in a home where adults are home. She loves having other dogs around and being with another dog helps calm her down. We think Jojo's perfect home will have a place for her to live with another dog and owners that are willing to work with her on her separation anxiety and help her to get comfortable  in her new home.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 24, 2024, 12:11 am

Story
Dyno was born near Seattle WA and moved down to San Diego county when he was 6 months old. Dyno just celebrated his 11th birthday. He has become more of a porch dog in the past few years. Dyno loves to be outside and loves car rides. He can no longer make it through miles of walking and is happy with the neighborhood strolls. Unfortunately my 1 year old daughter is allergic to Dyno and we are moving out of state. We are trying to find a home where someone can give him the time and attention he deserves.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Kane's Comeback: From Tragedy to Triumph Sweet Kane has already lived through more in his young life than most dogs ever will. Struck by a car in a devastating head-on collision, Kane was left with a shattered jaw and a broken nostril. The impact nearly took his life — but this brave boy refused to give up. And neither did we. Thanks to the incredible team at TLC K9 Rescue, Kane was rushed into emergency care. Two CT scans revealed the extent of the trauma, and it was worse than anyone imagined: 21 embedded baby teeth and sharp bone fragments were trapped around his nasal passage, posing a serious risk of infection and further complications. Over the course of two intense surgeries, skilled veterinarians carefully removed every tooth and fragment, working tirelessly to give Kane the second chance he so clearly deserved. It was touch and go at times, but Kane’s resilience never wavered. Through every moment of pain, he wagged his tail, soaked up love, and showed us just how strong his spirit really is. Now, after weeks of healing, tender care, and a whole lot of love, Kane is not just surviving — he’s thriving. His jaw is healing beautifully. His breathing is clear. And most importantly, his heart is wide open, ready to finally experience the joy of a real forever home. Kane is a living reminder of what love, hope, and dedication can do. TLC K9 Rescue spared no expense and left no stone unturned to bring him back from the brink — and today, we are thrilled to announce: Kane is ready for adoption. If you're looking for a loyal companion with a heart as big as his comeback story, Kane might just be the one. Let’s give this special pup the happy ending he’s fought so hard to reach.
