Shadow is a high drive working breed border collie who needs someone with breed experience (preferred). Fulfillment requirements: She will need more than just an hour long walk a day to meet her physical requirements. She currently bikes, hikes, and loves to swim. She is also well versed in carrying a weighted pack on her hikes, which helps her tune into her body and slow her mind. Shes an athletic girl and needs someone to match that lifestyle. Socialbility (Dog preferences): Shadow is dog selective. She would be perfectly fine in a home with no other dogs but would also do ok if she found a home with the right dog for her. No little dogs or other small animals tho. She doesn't enjoy every dog but enjoys most in the proper introductions are taken. She doesn't enjoy chaos with other dogs but loves to partake in structured pack activities. She is NOT a dog park or high-energy daycare type dog. Training: Shes crate trained and sleeps, eats and rests in one daily. Shes highly intelligent and learns quickly. She is well versed in basic obedience cues: sit, down, stand, stay, recall, place, middle, and loose leash walking. She does not enjoy being approached, touched or spoken to by strangers but has increased her thresholds for tolerance by quite a lot. She can navigate public spaces with the proper guidance but is probably never going to be a "coffee shop" dog. Shadow's Adoption fee is $250 and includes spay, microchip and current vaccinations. She is one of the sweetest girls, and has a loving temperament towards people and is very playful with other dogs. She is calm, quiet, inquisitive and ready for fun. Hello beautiful Lilly, this special girl is a border collie mix with pure love. We rescued her from the humane society where she was waiting for a family for almost 3 years. She is friendly, sweet, has no health or mental issues , just a good girl in the wrong place for 3 years. She is house broken, crate trained and walks like a pro. She just loves everyone and kids can walk her as well. while at the humane society she was everyones favorite, kids spent time reading books to her and they even made her portrait , she is unique, charming and loving, the perfect family dog, she truly wants someone to love her and if possible a nice yard where she can enjoy the sun . Honey is 6.5 years old, 75lbs, and 45% German Shepard, 45% Australian Cattle Dog, & 10% other. She's energetic, loving, and very sweet. She loves to play fetch and is very smart, despite thinking she's the size of a lap dog. She prefers to be an only dog (as she gets jealous wanting all the love & kisses to herself), but does get along well with her furbrother, Zeus. She will bark at other dogs on a walk, but is truly just a big baby when she's off leash. She currently lives in a house with a toddler and is great with her. Lastly, she is high energy, so she would not be well suited in an apartment.
