Saved from being euthanized at a rural pound, for having demodectic mange, Libby is 100% healthy and seeking her Furever home. We have no idea what breed she is, other than striking.. Libby is about 2 yrs old 65lbs, spayed, chipped and all vaccines are current, she is housebroken. Libby would love to have a playmate, she is dog, cat and kid friendly. An active family to hike and walk would be a dream come true for her. She does require a secure fenced yard, as she is an explorer. Libby can clear a 4' fence and can climb a 6' chain link. She would make a wonderful agility dog, with time and training. If you're in the market for a loving, loyal and unique companion Libby is your girl. Story

Shadow is a very good boy. He was subdued when he first got here which is normal, but he has blossomed. The vet estimates his age between 4 and 5 and his breed to be a lab/heeler mix. Shadow gets along with my other dogs, and I have cats as well. He didn’t pay any attention to the cats at first but now that he’s settled in and feeling comfortable, he seems to be more interested in them. He gets very excited when we get up in the morning and has tried to mix it up with one of our cats that sleeps in our room at night. He chases the others when they run past like the rest of my dogs. I don’t know that he would hurt any of my cats but may want to consider a home without cats to be safe. He does let you know when he wants to go outside by making a cute whine/squeak sound and when he’s ready to come in by scratching on the door. We have had a couple of accidents but nothing major. He is loved here and will be missed when he finds his furever home. He’s going to make someone a wonderful addition to their family. Thank you. Knows basic commands and is so loving! Gets along well with other dogs (Socialized at dog day care) and children. He is fully potty trained and can be left un-crated in a home for long periods of time. Is crate trained and prefers to be by the front door of a home. Does not bark much. Sleeps in a bed all throughout the night without stirring or making noise (Can sleep in a crate too). Has trained with an E-collar which would come with the price along with a large crate, toys, collar, leash, bed and a car seat cover (All included). Will have all vaccination records which were updated in May 2024 (Rabies, Dismemberment, Bordetella). No food allergies or sensitivity out of the normal. Only gets itchy eyes every now and then from the environment (Pollen) if it gets bad I just give him a Benadryl (Vet recommended). I am looking to re-home Eagle due to having a hectic schedule and not being able to give him the time he deserves. Would be a great starter pet for kids.

Thor is an incredibly handsome young border collie. He is just over a year old and has loads of energy. He loves to chase and run after other dogs when they’re playing but is unsure how to play with toys and balls and other fun things. Thor is good on a leash and is great in the house. He’s doing very well with potty training and has already learned several commands. He’s good with other dogs and good with kids. He’d love an active home where someone has experience with agility or with herding dogs. He needs a physical, fenced yard for safe running and playing. Thor was rescued by police from a home where he was abandoned and left alone in a crate. He is surprisingly very sweet, loving, and anxious to please and just wants to be loved. Thor is being fostered in the St. Louis area. ##2088919##
