Phillip is a 1 year old pure bred border collie. He is a friendly, lovable, trainable dog. Biggest struggle he has is destruction when left alone for too long and bored. His owner is going through a medical crisis, moving across the country for treatment, needs to rehome the dog. Owner says this is one of the hardest decisions of his life but Phillip deserves more than the owner can currently provide.
