I adopted Bishop 6 years ago from a pound in West Virginia. I've spent countless hours loving and training him. Bishop is coming up on 11 years old so generally he's on the more mellow side. He's very loving with his people and will spend all day next to you on the couch or sunbathing. He no longer needs a ton of exercise since he's older. just a walk and a short play will suit him wonderfully. Over the years Bishop has grown into a lovely companion, unfortunately he does have a checkered past so he struggles with moderate resource guarding. Just make sure he's fed on the opposite side of the room from any other pets. He has a few select doggy friends but when introduced to new people and dogs things have to move pretty slowly. He has lived with other dogs in the past. I think Bishop would do well in a calm house with zero or one other dog, no kids, and either a large yard with no nearby neighbors or some open, calm space. Bishop is loyal, loving, protective, and a little crazy.

Meet Bambi! This fun loving, pint-sized girl came to us on a transport from a shelter out of state so we don`t know much about her history. What we have found is that she loves to play with her toys and is super snuggly once her needs have been met. We know that she would do best with an adopter who can provide her with some structure and a gentle approach to training while she catches up on her manners. I’m looking for a very specific home for my dog, Titan—a 4-year-old boxer/bullmastiff mix (about 65 lbs). Titan is incredibly loyal, affectionate, and forms strong bonds with his person. Once he trusts you, he is calm, loving, and wants to stay close. He does best in a structured environment with clear boundaries and consistency. He is not a dog for everyone. Titan is wary of strangers and needs slow, controlled introductions to new people. He is most comfortable in a low-traffic home without frequent visitors. There was a past incident where he bit a family member’s hand during a high-stress situation when multiple people were around him and he was being handled near his face. The injury required medical attention but was not severe, and there has not been a pattern of repeated incidents. With proper structure and awareness of his boundaries, he has been manageable and stable. Titan would do best in:
• An adult-only home (no children)
• A low-traffic environment
• Someone experience
