Story
Rousey is an 8 yr old pure bred Female Boxer. Her dad was a show dog and I got her by contacting his owner and putting down a deposit on a future litter. Her mom is a purebred boxer as well, and her owners are a family with young children. Her first 8 weeks she was raised in a family environment. When I bought her I had a home with a backyard and my aunt and uncle and their three young kids lived with me. When she was 2 my aunt and uncle got an American Bulldog puppy and they became best friends. My girlfriend had a mini Australian shepherd and they became best friends. I have 5 younger siblings and Rousey spent a lot of time at my parents house with them and their older female Boxer. So Rousey is well socialized, she loves people, she has had dog best friends. I have a lot more information about her, I wrote a whole document with everything you need to know but there is not enough space here. If you are interested let me know and I’ll send it to you. Thanks, Anthony

Story
I adopted Hachi at a shelter when he was just a puppy. Hachi is now 3 (turning 4 in November). Hachi is a very energetic pup! He is always ready to play a game of tug or even fetching. He would do well in an active home to keep up with his play. Inside the house, he is definitely a couch potato. He loves to have his own space, we currently have a kennel for him (he likes sleeping here) but he also enjoys a window spot on the couch. Hachi is very well behaved at home, he will not touch furniture unless told it’s okay. He’s a very intelligent pup and learns house rules quickly. Hachi would also benefit from an owner who has experience with dogs to continue his training. Hachi is potty trained and knows many of the basic commands but would benefits from continuing his reactivity training. He gets along well with older kids and people in general but needs reactivity training to be around other animals. Hachi is a sweet dog, he loves scratches, cuddles or really any type of affection.

Story
Adoptable in: MA, RI, NH, CT, and VTGood with dogs: Yes, with proper introsGood with cats: Yes, dog-savvy catsGood with kids: Older children only (13+)Crate trained: YesHouse trained: YesZaria is an affectionate, and loyal girl with a real zest for life. She is a medium energy dog who enjoys a play session, followed by a nap. She benefits from slow introductions to other dogs. She would also be fine as an only dog. Zaria happily entertains herself with toys or a romp in the backyard. She has lived with cats and has for the most part ignored their presence. Zaria loves her people and enjoys making new human friends. She can be an enthusiastic greeter and sometimes forgets her size, so older dog-savvy children would be best for her. Zaria enjoys going for walks around the neighborhood and looks to her humans for reassurance and guidance in new situations. Zaria is an intelligent girl and very eager to please. She knows a plethora of commands, and loves to learn new things every day. She is fully house trained and crate trained. Zaria enjoys relaxing in her crate throughout the day and sleeps soundly in it overnight. She is looking for an experienced and patient adopter who will continue to provide her with structure and routine so she can continue to be her best self. Are you the lucky family who gets to add Zaria to your bunch?*Zaria is part of our Foster to Adopt (FTA) program for prescription food.*Please Note: All dogs are posted until they are officially adopted. This dog may have other interested adopters in line. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website at www.lasthopek9.org.August 20, 2026, 10:50 am

Story
Rocky is a 3-year-old Boxer mix with a big heart and a playful personality! ??This handsome guy is friendly, fun-loving, and always ready for some playtime. Rocky enjoys dog playdates and loves having canine friends to romp around with, but when it comes to his forever home, he’d prefer to be your one and only pup. Rocky does well with older kids and would love an active family who will keep him busy, give him plenty of love, and enjoy all the goofy Boxer antics he has to offer. If you`re looking for a playful, affectionate companion, Rocky might just be your guy!
