Taco is a sweet girl that comes with some baggage. She was found on the side of the road and now is a spoiled baby who loves to be tucked into bed at night. She does not get along with other dogs or cats. The perfect home for her would be her as the only pet in the house and given so much love.

Story
Luna is an energetic 2.5 year old boxer that is wonderful with kids and very well behaved. She knows basic commands and is very treat motivated. She walks very well on a leash and is excellent with children. She loves to play and calms down easily, loves to be around people and follows my children around as she is very curious. She is housebroken and not destructive, we have never caught her chewing or taking anything she shouldnt. Unfortunately our older female boxer is not tolerant of her and has become very territorial. She gets along well with our male dog and did not show any aggression towards the female. She has an appointment to get spayed in the next week & it will be fully covered in regards to cost if she is adopted prior to being spayed.

Unfortunately, they can no longer remain in their current home, as the family plans to sell the house Charlie is a 12-year old Boxer mixed weighting 60 pounds. He is fully house-trained, neutered, and has a clean bill of health. He walks well on leash, loves treats, and is comfortable around children. Charlie is a gentle giant, looking for a forever home.

Story
This pup is eligible for our Test the Couch program — a 7-day trial adoption to see if your home (and your couch) is the perfect fit. Learn more  https://pipsrescue.org/test-the-couch/ Meet Iris, a sweet, snuggly, and old soul who is ready to retire into her dream home. She’s all about the simple pleasures in life like leisurely walks, expert level naps, and maximum coziness. Iris is affectionate, loyal, and deeply devoted to her person. She lives for attention, couch cuddles, and strategically placing herself at your feet while you work so you never forget she’s there. She is an excellent car ride companion and enjoys getting out for adventures, though she can occasionally put a little extra enthusiasm into the leash. At home, she is a professional snoozer and odds are high you will find her exactly where you left her, usually on the couch. When it comes to other dogs, Iris knows what she likes. She requires slow, thoughtful introductions and prefers older, neutral males or being your one and only. Dominant female dogs need not apply. She can coexist with a younger neutral female with management, but in her heart she prefers calm, middle aged or senior companions. Puppies are tolerated in short doses, but she has officially entered her “get off my lawn” era and has no interest in raising the neighborhood hooligans. Because Iris is a bit older and sometimes likes her personal space respected, a home with kids over 10 is recommended. She is sweet and loving, but sore joints and grabby hands are not her idea of a good time. Iris is firmly anti crate and would like that known. She does just fine left out or in a dog safe room. Her biggest temptations include bathroom trash cans, unattended dirty laundry, and food left on low tables. Counters and dining tables are safe. She will not chew toys, Legos, or stuffed animals. Her true hobbies are napping and quietly supervising household activities. She comes with some endearing quirks. A bag of dog food left on the floor is suspicious and will be guarded. Put that same food in a bin and all is right with the world. At night, Iris sometimes hears very important things, possibly a squirrel sneezing or a leaf thinking too loudly, and feels the need to report it. A box fan or white noise machine helps her sleep peacefully. Iris tolerates baths and nail trims like a champ, though she can be a little sensitive about her ears. She is quirky, loving, loyal, and bonds deeply with her people. Iris is looking for a calm, understanding home that appreciates a seasoned dog with opinions, boundaries, and a whole lot of love to give. If you are searching for a devoted companion who wants nothing more than to nap near you, supervise your life, and be adored in return, Iris might just be your girl. ##2285665##

Story
Aren’t lattes always delectable? This Latte is no different - be ready for her to be that comforting warmth you are seeking..even if it is hot outside. This 55‑pound young mix of perhaps some boxer and a wee bit of mastiff, is the perfect canine combination of soothing, loyal, and happiest when she’s right by your side. She’s good with other dogs even if she is a little shy at first. She will be absolutely devoted once she decides you’re her person. Latte is a classic “velcro dog.” She wants to be next to you, on you, leaning into you, or following you from room to room like she’s making sure her world stays centered around her favorite human. She’s intelligent and eager to learn, the kind of girl who thrives when she has a job to do, whether that’s catching a ball, practicing new tricks, or simply being your shadow. With her energy, Latte needs plenty of daily exercise - long walks, hikes, backyard adventures, or any activity that lets her stretch her legs and her mind. She’s likely to form a tight bond with her new family and she’s 100% ready to pour her whole heart into the people she loves. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion who wants to be part of your everyday life, Latte is ready to blend right in. **Hiking feedback: "I had the pleasure of leading the pack with Latte! She got along well with the other dogs, and would often check behind to make sure everyone was still together. During breaks, she loved leaning against me for pets and rolling in the grass.
