Story
Arlo is a loyal boy who loves attention! He prefers to be around his people as much as possible and would love for his family to be home with him or take him on adventures as he does love a good car ride, especially if he can stick his head out the window and take in all the smells! Arlo has never met a stranger and loves all people. He does like most dogs but will need slow and proper introduction. His favorite things are running the woods, or in his large yard, taking hikes, and then flopping on the couch for a nice nap with you. He also loves a good chew toy too! Arlo is house-trained, crate-trained, and leash-trained. If you are ready to meet your new best bud, apply for Arlo today! Story
My adoption fee has been fully sponsored. Adopt me and pay $0.00!!!My name is Noel and I am a sweet girl who can be a bit on the shy side when I first meet you. I will need a kind and patient owner who can work with me and give me the time I need to earn my trust. But, once I warm up and start to settle in, I am a smiling lovebug. My foster friends/adventure buddies have these lovely things to say about me:`Noel (Nelly as we call her) has adjusted to life in a foster home seamlessly. She is such a loving, compassionate, and energetic part of the household. She is completely house/ crate trained, doesn`t chew on anything that isn`t hers, and loves to be taken in the car and on hikes. She can be nervous around other dogs, but is not aggressive-- she simply needs time to adjust. She is quite energetic, but really settles down with a good walk. She would love to meet you!` This pet is currently available in a foster home. If you are interested in meeting with her, please fill out an interest form https://airtable.com/shrWv1TWfsw834pBd

Story
My adoption fee has been fully sponsored. Adopt me and pay $0.00!!!Notes from my foster: Overall Hunter is doing really well, and loves going for his walks and snuggling up on the sofa in the evenings. We have found that he is fairly low energy. We take him on a 2 to 3 mile walk in the morning, a 1 mile walk in the evening, and let him out in the backyard for some explore time each day (he mostly walks, not runs, here). And that seems to be plenty of exercise for him. He spends a lot of the rest of the time napping, and is always calm in the house. Also, our experience is that Hunter doesnt mind the company of other dogs. We have never seen him show any aggression towards them at all, even if they act aggressively towards him, and he always really strongly wants to meet other dogs, and then whines a little when we don`t let him. One day on a walk, another dog got close and came racing over to Hunter. Hunter was delighted and sniffed noses and did the play bow and was super happy to have a new friend. I am currently available in my foster home. If you are interested in meeting with me, please fill out an interest form https://airtable.com/shrWv1TWfsw834pBd

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please be sure to click on Cassi's photo to learn all about her, and the home we are seeking for her placement.Cassi is a very sweet and sensitive girl who is looking for a laid back family to call her own.  She would love another dog in her forever home that is confident and well behaved, to help show her that new things aren't scary.  She does have some anxiety, and is currently taking medications that are making a huge difference for her.  She would do best living in a home with experienced dog owners who are patient with her, and willing to provide a consistent environment for her to thrive.  She would do well with kitties, but they should a dog savvy cat would be best.  Cassi can be vocal, so she would not do well in high density housing.   Cassi needs humans who are not gone for long hours.  All humans in her forever home must be 12 years of age, or older.  She requires a fenced in yard (physical fencing no invisible fences please).  She is up to date on preventative medications, vaccines and has been spayed and micro chipped too. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 6, 2024, 12:44 pm

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please click on Celeste's photo in order to read all about her and the home we are seeking for her placement.Celeste is a total love, she adores her humans and aims to please.  She loves to wrestle with her canine pals, and would adore another dog in the home to play with.  Her favorite activity is to go on walks and hikes, so she definitely requires an active home that will supply regular exercise.  Her second favorite activity is fetch, so sessions of retrieving between exploration sessions is a winning combo for her in life.  But don't worry, one this girl has an outing- she's all about the cuddle sessions too- fair warning- she's a total couch and bed hog...  She lives with cats in her foster home, but does best with a confident cat who will not be timid in her presence.  Only confident, and dog savvy cats would work with Celeste- she requires boundaries where cats are concerned.   Celeste would do best in a home where her humans are not gone for long hours.  She does require a fenced in yard (physical fencing, no invisible fences please).  All humans in the home should be 8 years of age, or older.  She has been spayed and microchipped, and is current on preventatives and vaccines.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 6, 2024, 12:44 pm

Meet Lincoln! This handsome pup is ready to find his forever family. He's equal parts playful, smart, inquisitive, and sweet. His stunning eyes are captivating. Lincoln is progressing well with crate training and potty training. Our adoption fee is $235, payable during a successful meet and greet. Please submit an inquiry or email us for our adoption application. Farm Friends Rescue often receives more adoption applications than we have dogs in our program. We are a team of volunteers and processing those applications takes time and resources. Placing one of our dogs into a home is a responsibility that we take seriously. Our goal is to find the best forever family for each and every dog.

Story
Loki is a great dog and I have been so torn with the decision to rehome him but it may be what's best for him. I am moving up north where there are more size restrictions on pets when looking for housing. I also got him with my partner at the time and she sadly passed away and I got left with all the animals we shared. We welcomed him into our home when he was 10 weeks old from the SPCA. & is now just over 2 years old. He loves to play and is a medium to higher-energy type of dog. He is a smart dog and sometimes goofy. He knows to sit, down, stay, spin, paw/shake, etc. He is very food-motivated. he stays in the crate when I am at work and doesn't bark when I get home. He sometimes thinks he's the neighborhood watch and may bark 1 or 2 times to alert you he heard a noise. he can be calmed with nature sounds. Loki would be great in a home with a yard or someone who wants a workout buddy for runs or likes to take longer walks. He sometimes chases my cat so be cautious if you have one.

Story
Meet Shay! The most adorable, happy "squishball" as her foster mom calls her! Shay is the full package. She is crate-trained, potty-trained, and has excellent indoor manners. Her favorite hobbies are playing ball, going for walks, and just running around her yard with her foster family. Shay absolutely loves people and has never met a stranger! She is the perfect balance of happy energy and a couch potato. Her foster mom says that Shay is very respectful in her interactions with people and is always excited to say hello, but will immediately sit at your feet if affection is offered. She is quickly learning how to sit, wait, and come, and she has learned how to walk nicely on a leash and is always up for an outdoor adventure. Shay is always happy with getting her foster mom's attention and just wants to find a forever family where she can be everyone's best friend. As if she wasn't special enough, she also has one blue eye and one brown eye! She has lots of love to give and can't wait to meet you!

Story
Whoever is lucky enough to adopt Piper will be getting a real gem! She is so easy to fall in love with. Piper is approximately 1.5 years old and is one of the most loving dogs that we have ever met. Inside she is quite calm and cuddly but outside she loves to run so a fenced yard is required. She leaps just like a deer and is so fun to watch. She loves to chase the ball and jumps on top of it. Because she is still young, she still needs some time to realize her size and strength so must be supervised around small children and animals. But inside when she is calm, she seems to do very well with children. She is potty trained too. Piper aims to please and listens well! She has also learned many commands like sit and shake. It is best not to use a crate with Piper because in her former life, it was reported that she was stuck in the crate for extended periods of time, and she gets rather panicky now if made to go in a crate. She seems to be past the puppy chewing stage and has a very soft mouth when taking treats/food. Piper would love, love, love to find a home with a doggie friend or two as she thrives when playing with her foster fur-siblings! She is also great with cats and would love to find a kitty friend to play with and give kisses to! Fill out an application to adopt and you can meet Piper. We promise you will fall in love quickly!

Sweet Willow had a rough start in life and is still healing but ready to find her forever home and have her happily ever after! She bonded quickly with her best fur buddy, Hallie and now they are inseparable! They love hanging out, running in the yard and taking naps together. Willow is crate and potty-trained and is just the best little girl! She can't wait to meet her forever family and make new, wonderful memories alongside Hallie with them!
