Liam is looking for another lucky person/family for mutually beneficial, loving companionship. Liam is a cool dog if he had to be summarized in one word. He’s obedient to and deferential to human instruction. He loves to snuggle and cuddle especially on the couch and in bed. He loves a walk/bursts of trotting and also rides in the car. He is E collar trained and is also generally obedient off leash. He's a favorite wherever he goes. Liam is a confident boy when meeting other dogs. He gets along with other non-reactive dogs. Story
They say good things come in small packages, and this 10-week-old baby girl is proof. With a heart twice the size of her body and a personality as sweet as her looks, she has been stealing the hearts of everyone she meets. What makes her so special is her wonderful balance of independence and friendliness. She loves to explore and can easily keep herself occupied with her own puppy games for a long period of time. However, the second another dog enters the room, her eyes light up! Whether it’s a tiny puppy or a gentle giant, she is always eager to make a new canine friend. When the sun goes down, her favorite routine begins. Right around 8:00 PM, she decides her day of play is done, walks herself right into her crate, and goes to sleep for the night without a peep until morning. Suzy Q, is a happy, healthy, and incredibly loving pup who is going to make one lucky family very whole!

Story
This pup is eligible for our Test the Couch program — a 7-day trial adoption to see if your home (and your couch) is the perfect fit. Learn more  https://pipsrescue.org/test-the-couch/ Meet Iris, a sweet, snuggly, and old soul who is ready to retire into her dream home. She’s all about the simple pleasures in life like leisurely walks, expert level naps, and maximum coziness. Iris is affectionate, loyal, and deeply devoted to her person. She lives for attention, couch cuddles, and strategically placing herself at your feet while you work so you never forget she’s there. She is an excellent car ride companion and enjoys getting out for adventures, though she can occasionally put a little extra enthusiasm into the leash. At home, she is a professional snoozer and odds are high you will find her exactly where you left her, usually on the couch. When it comes to other dogs, Iris knows what she likes. She requires slow, thoughtful introductions and prefers older, neutral males or being your one and only. Dominant female dogs need not apply. She can coexist with a younger neutral female with management, but in her heart she prefers calm, middle aged or senior companions. Puppies are tolerated in short doses, but she has officially entered her “get off my lawn” era and has no interest in raising the neighborhood hooligans. Because Iris is a bit older and sometimes likes her personal space respected, a home with kids over 10 is recommended. She is sweet and loving, but sore joints and grabby hands are not her idea of a good time. Iris is firmly anti crate and would like that known. She does just fine left out or in a dog safe room. Her biggest temptations include bathroom trash cans, unattended dirty laundry, and food left on low tables. Counters and dining tables are safe. She will not chew toys, Legos, or stuffed animals. Her true hobbies are napping and quietly supervising household activities. She comes with some endearing quirks. A bag of dog food left on the floor is suspicious and will be guarded. Put that same food in a bin and all is right with the world. At night, Iris sometimes hears very important things, possibly a squirrel sneezing or a leaf thinking too loudly, and feels the need to report it. A box fan or white noise machine helps her sleep peacefully. Iris tolerates baths and nail trims like a champ, though she can be a little sensitive about her ears. She is quirky, loving, loyal, and bonds deeply with her people. Iris is looking for a calm, understanding home that appreciates a seasoned dog with opinions, boundaries, and a whole lot of love to give. If you are searching for a devoted companion who wants nothing more than to nap near you, supervise your life, and be adored in return, Iris might just be your girl. ##2285665##

Story
Meet Patch! Patch is a very special 1-year, 3-month-old pup with a heart as big as his comeback story. Patch is 48 pounds. Once he gets to know you, he’s incredibly cuddly, sweet, and affectionate. He’s also energetic and playful - fetch and tug are life to Patch, and he would happily play these two things all day. He loves chewing on his toys, belly scratches, curling up on the couch after a good play session, and going on long walks. While he does well on neighborhood strolls, he especially loves exploring trails and being out in nature and would be an awesome hiking buddy. Patch is crate trained and finds comfort and safety in his crate. He’s potty trained (though, as a one-year-old dog, he still needs regular potty breaks). He walks well on leash, greets people and dogs in a friendly manner, and is continuing to work on occasional pulling. Patch does great with structure and has quickly picked up the rules in his foster home. Patch’s journey hasn’t been easy. He was brought to a local shelter severely emaciated with significant skin issues that caused most of his hair to fall out. Thanks to dedicated shelter staff and volunteers, he recovered and eventually went to foster care through the shelter system before being adopted in January. He was returned in February through no fault of his own. The shelter environment was hard on him, and the many people who cared about him advocated for his second chance, which led him to join Hope Animal Rescue. Through it all, Patch has remained trusting and loving. He’s looking for a forever home that will finally be his permanent, safe place. He is reportedly dog-friendly and has lived with both puppies and older dogs. He plays hard, so an energetic or patient canine companion would be a great match (a meet-and-greet is required for homes with another dog). Patch would do best in a home with older children or no children. He likes kids and lived with several in his first home, but he’s still learning that he’s not a tiny puppy anymore and will need a bit more time and training before he is around little ones. He would do best in a home without cats - while he currently lives with a very confident cat foster sibling, he still thinks cats are for chasing and has earned his fair share of nose bops. The most important thing about Patch is his gigantic, happy smile. Patch deserves to find his own special home. If you’re looking for a resilient, playful, and deeply loving companion, Patch may just be your perfect match.

Story
✨ Meet Star ✨ Star’s story began with heartbreak — her former “family” tried to throw her off a bridge. She was found emaciated, heartworm positive, and still wagging her tail at the shelter staff who saved her. Today? She is an entirely different dog — healthy, confident, and absolutely in love with life. ⭐️ After completing heartworm treatment and her spay, Star spent the month of January 2026 in a board-and-train program, and the transformation has been incredible. Her love of people has fully evolved — Star now adores making new human friends and happily greets everyone she meets. She warms up quickly and shows her affection in the most joyful ways: full-body rubs, enthusiastic lean-ins, and bouncing straight into the air with all four paws off the ground when she’s excited to see you. Through her training, Star has built a much stronger obedience foundation. She understands walking in a heel, has been off-leash trained, and is learning how to build meaningful relationships through play. She loves to explore the world, go sniffing and “hunting” (with permission), and enthusiastically play tug and fetch. She recently attended her first house party and was convinced every guest was there just for her — and honestly, she wasn’t wrong. She has done wonderfully meeting both men and women and continues to gain confidence in new environments, including dog-friendly stores. All of this is still new to her, and she’s taking it on with curiosity and bravery. When it comes to dogs, Star is continuing to grow and evolve. She has been integrating with other dogs on group pack walks, and has also successfully socialized and played with select dogs one-on-one without a muzzle. Matching her with the right dog — in temperament and energy — is key, but her progress has been truly encouraging as her social skills continue to develop. At home, Star is a dream. She’s crate and house trained, settles beautifully in her crate, rides like a pro in her car crate, and is always ready for her next adventure. 👑 Star is looking for: • A calm, structured home • An adopter excited to continue training and confidence-building • Humans who want to expand her world, not shrink it 💛 Our rescue will sponsor trainer handoff sessions to ensure her progress continues seamlessly. Fiercely loyal, deeply goofy, and bursting with joy — Star has worked hard for this version of herself, and her future is brighter than ever ✨ 📩 DM @wally_the_pit or apply via the link to chat more — her foster mom is always happy to gush about her favorite girl.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
This girl has a big personality and is a fun, driven puppy is eager to keep building skills with someone who enjoys training and watching a dog grow. She is food motivated, which makes her a fun and rewarding training partner. Rumble thrives when she has clear direction and structure, and she’s currently working on focus, settling, and building a strong connection with her human. Like many high-energy puppies, she can be mouthy and a bit wild at times, but at her core she is incredibly sweet and eager to engage. Rumble would do best with an adopter who is excited about continuing her training journey—whether that’s basic manners, advanced obedience, or even dog sports. She has the kind of drive and enthusiasm that, with the right guidance, could really shine. With routine and patience, she is expected to continue to shine as the sweet girl we see she is. Rumble will thrive in a home that can provide structure, outlets for her energy and enrichment, and ongoing training. Because she is still an active puppy, she would do best in a home without young children. For the right person, she’s an incredibly rewarding dog with tons of potential and a lot of love to give.
