WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Heidi - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! My name is Heidi, full of youthful exuberance for life, innocence and curiosity. Ready to crawl right into your heart (won't take long either!!) and be a part of a family...YOUR family! I am still a youngster yet, a big puppy at heart! I have lots of energy and am quite agile. I could be a great candidate for obedience classes and maybe even some fun ones like agility classes. I'm a smart cookie (i know cuz my foster mom tell me so!) and catch on quickly. At 11 months and around 45lbs, I shouldn't get much bigger at my adult weight. What a perfect size for...everything! Neighborhood strolls, nature hikes(aaaah, all those wonderful tantalizing smells), camping, being a co-pilot for errand runs or trips to the park! You name it, I'm ready to give it a whirl and have a blast too (with whatever it is) just cuz we're doing it together!! And the bestest part is that I'm also small enough that I don't hog the whole couch for my cherished cuddle time!! My foster mom wanted you to know this about me - -she is housebroken -she wants to be a lap dog; -she would fit well with an adult home with older children; -with her high prey drive she should be in a home without small dogs or cats but will do well with her size or larger size breed of dogs; -she is a fast learner and will shine with an owner that will include her in their everyday life adventures; -she is crate trained; -she follows basic commands and walks well on leash; -she thrives on daily walks; -she’s a family dog and will make a fabulous family member; -she loves walks, hikes, exploring, tug of war and games using her nose and sparking her intelligence; -she’s quite agile and shows ability in figuring out how to jump over or crawl under set obstacles. She is happy, fun loving and eager to bring joy to her forever home! As my short sleek coat is low maintenance in the grooming department, making me more of a wash-n-to type of gal. And you do know what that means don't you?!! Oh yep yep, lots of extra time in the 'spoil me rotten' department. And you know that's what it's all about!! ;) Big on personality, smart and inquisitive, affectionate and sweet, my oh my I have a boatload of great traits going on, oh and don't forget my stunning good looks, to make me a great family addition, I just need the family...could it be YOUR family?

Story
Jasper is a super smart, 2-year-old, Boxer mix that weighs approximately 60 pounds. He is a very cuddly, friendly and playful boy. Jasper loves people, and he is happy to meet everyone. He is very well behaved. He loves his toys. His main enjoyment comes from hugs and cuddles. Jasper is just a big energetic puppy. He knows basic commands such as sit, off, lay down, no, etc. He loves to be called a good boy. He is great on a leash. He loves his morning and afternoon walks. He does well with other dogs and loves to sleep in bed with us. He doesn’t love getting in the minivan, guessing it reminds him of being confined in the shelter. He does show some minor signs of separation anxiety. We think Jasper would be best in a family setting maybe with a stay-at-home mom or dad or crating while not home would be necessary at first. Does your family have room for this sweet boy? Please apply at www.pawsomeanimalwelfare.com Adoption fee includes all up to date vaccines, microchip and neuter.

Story
Between May 1st and 15th, part of my adoption fee is sponsored! Thanks to the Bissell Pet Foundation's Empty the Shelters campaign, my new family can take me home for $50! Meet Simon, a Boxer mix, approximately four years old and weighing in at around 56 pounds. Simon was discovered abandoned at a county shelter, where he was sadly malnourished and in dire need of care. Despite his rough start, Simon has shown remarkable resilience and has been steadily putting on much-needed weight over the past few weeks. His journey to recovery has been a testament to his strength and spirit. Simon is the epitome of sweetness, with a heart as big as his muscles. He exudes love and affection towards everyone he meets, both humans and his furry friends alike. His playful nature shines through when he's surrounded by other dogs, making him a favorite among his doggie daycare buddies. Simon has won the hearts of the doggie day care staff with his gentle disposition and loving demeanor. Simon is making excellent strides in his potty training and leash manners. He has shown a willingness to learn and is eager to please, making him a joy to work with. While he may still be mastering the basics, his enthusiasm for learning and his strong bond with his caregivers promise a bright future ahead. With continued guidance and positive reinforcement, Simon is sure to become a well-mannered and obedient companion. With his loving nature and eagerness to learn, Simon has all the makings of a wonderful family pet. He thrives on companionship and would flourish in a home where he receives plenty of love, attention, and opportunities for play. Simon's journey from a neglected stray to a cherished member of a loving family is a testament to the transformative power of kindness and compassion. Story
Say hello to Angel! Angel is a long haired, 6lb little girl at 2-months-old and simply does not look like her siblings because of her longer hair. Angel has the cutest, little whine and uses it to get your attention when she wants to be held. She can be a little timid at first (just not the puppy to go running up to a group of people) but once you engage her, she warms up quickly and will climb into your lap. She's active, playful and can get pretty vocal at her siblings but otherwise is rather quiet. Her breed mix is also a big guess, but she does seem to have some spaniel features and like her siblings, she's learning to go potty outside and that the crate is her place to sleep. If you want a more demure but active puppy, then add Angel to your home. Angel is being fostered in the Cincinnati area. Her adoption fee is $400.00. To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. Story
Say hello to Shadow! Shadow is the smallest of the boys in this litter of 7, but he makes up for it and energy and activity level. Shadow currently weighs 6.5 pounds at 2-months-old. If Shadow wants your attention, he will jump at you as if he is trying to get on your lap. Though shadow is active, he is very snuggly and affectionate, and will easily be held on his back for tummy rubs. He like his siblings came in a box with no parent information. He will probably be a medium sized adult dog. Allow shadow to run around the yard, pick up a stick and chew on it, push a water bowl around on the deck, and you will have a happy puppy. Shadow is being fostered in the Cincinnati area. His adoption fee is $400.00. If you are interested in meeting Sherman, the first step is to go to our website www.adoggie4you.org and complete an application for him.  This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cin c innati, Lexington KY,     or all along the East Coast. Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Hi there, I'm Precious. They say that I am called this because I am the most precious dog here at God's Dogs Rescue. I came to the rescue in October of 2022 to have a safe place for me to have and raise my puppies. All my puppies were adopted by the end of January 2023, but I am still here looking for my furever home. I am a bigger girl, but this just means there is more of me to cuddle you, because I love cuddling it's one of my top 3 favorite things. 1) Food- I love food and will do almost anything you ask if you have a treat involved. 2) Cuddles- on your lap, on the couch, in the bed wherever there is a comfy space with pillows or a human I want to be there. 3) Kisses- I have a love of giving kisses to people, especially kids. Although not everyone likes it when I try to kiss them and that makes me sad. 4) Honorable mention- I like going on walks or in the car for a ride, although I prefer just lazing around at home. My current fosters say that I am a "house hippo with springs in my feet whatever that means; I just know sometimes, when I get super happy, I feel like I could fly- or jump really high. I love their kids and am very good with them even the tiny ones. I get along with most other dogs I meet, although I have a big personality about me, because I'm a boss, so sometimes other dogs don't like that about me. I tolerate cats although if they give me too much attitude or growl at me, I can't help but to give them piece of my mind. I like most new people I meet although I had a rough start in life so sometimes, I can be a little wary with men, with time though I adjust, and we can become best friends forever. A few more little details about me: I am almost 3 years old I am a Boxer/Shepherd mix I am great with kids I am good with Cats and Dogs I am crate-trained I am housebroken I can be adopted in Texas or anywhere in the US too! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area, $50 temporary fuel fee will be included)

Story
Bronwyn (knows the name Lily) is about 65 lbs, but could lose some weight. She is good with people and kids; she is good with cats(may want to play so a dog savvy cat would be best). Bronwyn does better with larger dogs with slow and proper introductions. She even used to go to doggie daycare and did fine. She should not be adopted into a home with smaller dogs. She did have hip and ACL surgery. So she does take a daily joint supplement which can be purchased over the counter. She is house broken, crate trained, and knows basic commands. Hi! My name is Twiggy and I’m so excited that you’re reading my bio! I am a senior and I weigh fifty five pounds. I am a beagle boxer mix and I am the sweetest! I love to relax, it’s really my favorite thing to do and I’m super great at it. I spend a lot of time laying in my favorite chair. I am very low energy and I don’t really play. I do love walks when it’s not too hot. I also really like to go outside and check out the yard. I am housebroken and crate trained and I’m also really quiet. I like other dogs that are friendly and I don’t care about cats at all. May 8, 2024, 7:42 pm

Gracie is five years old. She is a pitbull mix. Gracie is spayed and housebroken. She is also micro chipped. Gracie loves her people fiercely and greets you with a wagging tail and wiggling body. Gracie loves to play with toys, chew on bones, play tug with the rope, hunt lizards and sniff the ENTIRE yard. She is not the biggest fan of clothing. She loves to give kisses and snuggle and is happy to sleep on the end of the bed if given the opportunity. She is afraid of loud noises such as fireworks. Her arch nemesis is the vacuum. She would be best suited for a home without cats or small dogs.

Ice is a sweet loving dog with lots of energy. He loves to play with toys and fetch balls. The only concern I have about him is he doesn’t realize how big he is and may knock down a small child playing. He’s very obedient and is trained off leash. He is crate trained as well. My daughter is leaving town and can’t take him with her. He needs to be with someone who is stern with him. He can be a little overwhelming sometimes.
