Hi there!!!! The name`s Ace! I`m a spry, happy-go-lucky 1-year-old with LOADS of energy. My dream is to be a track star and win the gold medal- I`ve got big dreams! But, realistically, I would also love being a running buddy for my future humans. After a good run, I would love to play tug of war with my favorite toys, and maybe a bit of fetch too. Then we can do a training session. And THEN we can go on a hike- okay, am I exhausting you? Sorry, I`m just SO excited to make friends and do so many fun activities with you! When I do eventually exhaust all my energy, I do love curling up in my comfy bed and getting pets from my humans. I love treats too, especially peanut butter!I have lived with kids and done well. I have not lived with cats or other dogs. I like to play in group play with my other friends here at the SPCA Cincinnati. I am housebroken and can hold my potty for 8-12 hours at the maximum. I know some basic commands such as `sit` and `stay`, but I can be a stubborn and energetic guy, so sometimes I won`t always listen! Rudy is a super sweet boxer mix! He loves bones, to run and play, and will be your best friend. He loves playing with other dogs so would do well with at least one other dog in the house. He has been trained with a dog trainer, he listens really well, and responds well to his e collar. He turned a year old on December 18, 2025. He is about 60 pounds, but shouldn't grow much more. He would do well in a home with a fenced in yard or someone who can walk him everyday. He also loves going to doggie daycare. He is still young and has a lot of energy, but is a lot of fun. He is potty and crate trained. Is great with kids too. He deserves a home that can give him a lot of attention and space to run.

Meet Gus and Jack! These two are brothers/littermates/twins, and they are very bonded. These two have been together their entire five years on earth so I’d really like to keep it that way if at all possible for their mental health! They are 5 yr old coonhound/boxer mixes originally adopted from a cat shelter in southern Kentucky about 4 years ago. I am a newly single mom of multiple and getting out of an unhealthy situation. I wish I could keep these good boys but unfortunately I’ve ended up in a place where I’m not permitted to have them, and to be honest I am struggling to make ends meet so I have to do what’s right for them. I want these boys to go to a good, stable home, preferably with a yard. I’m on the east side of the Cincinnati area and can meet up with you to meet them anywhere in the Cincinnati area!
