Tobias (Toby) - Male Cane Corso Age: 6 years Good with: Cats: Unknown Dogs: Yes, with a slow intro Kids: Possibly good with respectful children Location: Barnhart, MO Weight: 120 lbs Toby came to us from a cruelty case. He is the sweetest old man. He loves to just sit by you and get pets. He does fine being left alone, but prefers to be with people. He has met the neighbor dog through the fence, but has mostly ignored him. He has done fantastic with all the people he has met. He loves the car, and every time we go outside he runs to the gate hoping for a car ride. He is very chill but does throw his weight around when he wants attention The perfect adopter is patient and kind. Toby will need lots of reassurance to regain his confidence and to know that he is safe. His perfect adopter would be someone that can be home and with him most of the time. He seems to be ok with other dogs, but doesn't need a home with one. He is not big long periods outside, so would be happy with a daily walk. She has shown some occasional signs of resource guarding, but is improving everyday as she learns to trust her foster siblings.Gracie's perfect family? Gracie's perfect adopter would be someone who can have patience with her as she learns basic commands and has familiarity with the breed.
