Meet Rayna
Rayna is a beautiful, goofy, loving Cane Corso girl with a huge heart and an even bigger personality. When she first arrived in foster care, Rayna showed her sweet and gentle side — but as she became comfortable, her silly personality came out too! Her foster family lovingly describes her as “four bowling balls in a dog suit,” and that perfectly captures this fun-loving girl. She is strong, happy, playful, and full of life.
Rayna loves her people and enjoys being part of the family. She has a wonderful mix of affection and independence — she loves attention and connection but is also able to relax on her own. She sleeps peacefully in her crate at night with the door open and is trusted free roam during the day when her foster family leaves.
Rayna is a big girl with a medium-energy personality. She enjoys a good walk, a game of fetch, and time with her humans, but she is also more than happy to settle in for a midday nap. She knows several basic commands, including sit, stay, down, and drop it, responds well to her name, and has good recall.
Rayna is potty trained, rides well in the car, and is dog friendly. This girl is a superstar with other dogs. Rayna is confident without being bossy, respectful around other dogs, and has even helped bring confidence out in her foster dog sibling. She could absolutely enjoy having a canine best friend, especially one who appreciates her playful style, but she could also thrive as the center of attention.
Rayna would be a wonderful fit for many types of families, including a first-time giant breed owner.
Rayna is looking for someone who enjoys a more active giant breed companion. She would love daily walks, playtime, and room to stretch her legs. A fenced yard or regular access to a safe area where she can run would make this girl very happy.
Like many Cane Corsos, Rayna is strong, curious, and loves being with her people. She can get worried about missing out on the fun and will need a family who continues providing structure and guidance. Thankfully, she is eager to be involved, loves her humans, and wants to be right there experiencing life with them.
Rayna would make an amazing companion for someone looking for more than just a dog — she wants to be your adventure buddy, walking partner, goofy entertainer, and loyal best friend.
If you love big dogs with big personalities and even bigger hearts, Rayna might be the girl you’ve been waiting for.
