Story
I rescued a family of kittens & fostered them because I felt that they deserve a forever homes. Ebony was litter trained from day 1 he has never hissed or scratched & he is very nurturing & affectionate. I ring a bell & he comes running & goes straight to his food bowl. He loves to play with the other kittens. He is always so gentle & quiet. He will be a wonderful companion for you or another cat. His brother is also avail also. He’s mostly all black with the exception of a very small white dot just below his collar & one on his tummy & he has beautiful copper eyes. He has been an indoor cat since I started fostering him & he is very content. His microchip is transferable & with the small adoption fee it will be transferred over to you. A nice collar & some food for him. Ebony is 8 mo he’s been neutered & vaccinated & he had his rabies shots. He’s been wormed. He’s so calm I even trim his front nails occasionally or he does it himself on his scratching post. You will 🩷 him I do❗️

Ursula AVAILABLE NOW! (By appointment only)
Available for adoption after a 1–2 week foster-to-adopt “trial” Birthday: 4/21/24 Sex: Female Color: Seal point dilute tortie Apply here: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/IBRI/Cat
Questions or to schedule a meet: 916-705-6884 Ursula is a mellow, affectionate, and beautiful girl with truly unique coloring. She’s a seal point with a soft, swirly dilute tortie pattern that makes her one of a kind. She has a gentle, reserved nature but is very loving once she feels comfortable. Ursula enjoys the company of other cats and tolerates dogs, but her favorite companions are her people. She has a thick, plush coat and loves gentle pets, itchy-scratches, and being brushed. Ursula came to rescue with a severe upper respiratory infection and is prone to chronic nasal congestion and watery, crusty eyes. Her symptoms are closely tied to stress and tend to improve as she settles into a stable home. While we expect her to always have some degree of congestion and eye drainage, her care needs are simple—just a gentle wipe of her nose and face twice daily to keep her comfortable and breathing easily. Ursula is a very special girl who will thrive in a loving, low-stress home with people willing to provide a little extra care. In return, she offers quiet affection, beauty, and companionship. If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle cat to love and care for, Ursula would be lucky to be part of your family

Story
Key Lime Available 1/24/2026 by appointment only. Call 916-705-6884 Female 3 years old Eats Purina One Adult Kibble No young kids or other animals. Key Lime’s story is one of resilience. She was adopted as a kitten through Itsie Bitsie but later found herself abandoned. After spending some time on her own, a kind neighbor took her in and eventually returned her to us. Since Thanksgiving, I’ve been fostering her and watching her slowly rediscover trust and comfort. When Key Lime first arrived, she kept her distance—hiding in corners and hissing if I looked her way. I gave her space and moved at her pace. By day three, she was sitting on my bed. By day four, she was curled up in my lap—and she’s been a lap cat ever since! Key Lime is affectionate and loves attention, but always on her own terms. She may need time to warm up, and she has clear boundaries that must be respected. If she feels overstimulated or disagrees with how she’s being petted, she may nip to let you know. She usually gives a little warning meow first, but it’s important to understand her signals. She is litter box trained, strictly an indoor cat, and loves watching birds through the window—so open blinds are a must! Key Lime thrives in a calm environment and would do best in a home without other pets or young children. She has shown strong resistance to meeting other animals, and her boundaries make her better suited for an experienced cat owner who can give her time and space to adjust. Interestingly, she seems drawn to young adults—she warmed up quickly to my teenagers and their friends. Key Lime is a beautiful, loving cat who deserves a second chance with someone patient and understanding. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will snuggle up on your lap once she trusts you, Key Lime might be the perfect match. https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/IBRI/Cat

Story
Available for adoption after a 1–2 week foster-to-adopt “trial” Estimated age: 4–7 years
Sex: Neutered Male
Breed: Flame Point Siamese mix 📄 Apply here: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/IBRI/Cat
📞 Questions or to schedule a meet: 916-705-6884 Murph is a gently rambunctious love bug who truly works (snuggles) hard and plays hard. By day, you’ll find him curled up beside whatever you’re doing—or strategically positioning himself near the nearest source of warmth. Turn on a heater for your feet or an electric blanket for yourself? Cute idea, but those are actually for Murph. The fastest way to summon him is with a wand toy—his absolute favorite. If no one is available to play, he’ll happily entertain himself with a toy mouse, but interactive play is definitely his preference. After playtime, he’s all about cuddles. Murph loves pets and scratches (especially head and neck scratches) and has a sweet habit of cuddling with one little paw—or his head—resting on you. He runs a bit cold and is a big fan of snuggling under the covers during couch time. Murph gets along very well with other cats and remains calm even when others are feeling a little spicy. He’s a social, personable guy who enjoys being part of the action without being overwhelming. He does have some allergies and takes a daily pill, which he handles like a total champ—no fuss at all. Important things about Murph: * Eats Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Skin & Stomach (Lamb & Rice) dry food and Weruva BFF Oh My Gravy canned food * Takes 5 mg of generic Zyrtec once daily * Prefers a quieter home; loud noises and young children wouldn’t be ideal * Not a big fan of dogs * FIV+ — but don’t let that scare you away! FIV-positive cats can live long, happy lives. FIV is only transmitted through deep bite wounds, so Murph can safely live with other friendly, non-aggressive cats. We do recommend discussing any multi-cat household with your veterinarian as there is still some minor level of risk. If you’re looking for a warm, affectionate companion who will happily play with you and then curl up under the covers for a cozy evening, Murph might just be your perfect match.
