Story
DOB: April 2025 Theo is definitely a one-of-a-kind! He is an engaging and active cat with an over-the-top personality. He is constantly in motion and you can’t help but laugh at his antics! Theo does everything with gusto, whether it is playing, showing affection or eating. His zestful personality is particularly evident when he rumbles and tumbles with his best friend Russell--the two will provide a WrestleMania show right in your living room. They are a perfectly matched pair as they are constantly playing and roughhousing together and have similar energy levels. This guy is never hesitant to receive pets and pats--but only until something else catches his attention. Like some cats, Theo can get overstimulated and nippy when being petted, so he needs a family that understands and respects cats' cues. If you are looking for feline family members with exuberant playfulness and joie de vivre, Theo and Russell are the ideal pets. They love rough play, so they would not be suitable for a home with children.Adoption applications are available at http://www.forgottenones.ca/adoptions/. Please email the completed form to contact@forgottenones.ca. Adoption fees are $250.00 for adult cats (one year and older), $300.00 for kittens, and $175.00 for senior cats (10+ years old). The fee includes: veterinary health check, spay/neuter surgery, microchip, testing for Feline Leukemia and FIV, vaccinations, flea and ear mite treatments NOTE: Young kittens may not have had their spay/neuter surgery and final vaccinations at the time of their bio posting, but they are included in the adoption fee.  August 11, 2026, 3:39 pm

Story
DOB: January 5, 2025 Elle is a pretty beige-and black tabby with gorgeous, expressive eyes. It is quite remarkable that, although she is a petite cat, she exudes a massive amount of happiness! Elle finds contentment in everything she does: being in your company, playing with toys, or enjoying some window-gazing time. One of Elle’s favorite activities is to spend quality time with you. She luxuriates in closeness to her family, and she will serenely curl up close to you throughout the day. Initially, it may take her a little while to feel comfortable with you but, once she feels safe, she will delight in gentle, pampering petting. Elle has great fun swatting curly springs and balls around the room, and then she will engage in a game of hide-and-seek trying to find them. She tracks them down with the determination of a sleuth, and, when she locates them, she will proudly trot around with the toys lightly grasped in her mouth. Sitting in front of a window is always a part of Elle’s daily routine. From sniffing the early morning refreshing breezes to enjoying leisurely afternoons whiling away the hours on warm summer days, the windowsill is Elle’s happy place.  If you are looking for a well behaved, good-natured, contented cat look no further—Eile is the ideal match for your family! She would be suitable in a home with older children and gets along great with similar aged, friendly cats.Adoption applications are available at http://www.forgottenones.ca/adoptions/. Story
DOB: Est 2013 Beatrice is a gentle soul who will be a wonderful pet for a quiet home. She was rescued from homelessness, so we don’t know much about her background, but we do know she is an affectionate, sweet gal who thrives on petting.  She will purr with happiness when you give her pats on her back or tummy, or give her chin rubs. Beatrice doesn’t does seem to be a lap cat per se, but she likes to physically connect to you by rubbing her head up against you. She has no behavioural issues and has perfect bathroom etiquette. When she entered Forgotten Ones adoption program, Beatrice had a complete physical checkup and blood work done, and she is in good health. Beatrice is a mature cat, so she is very content to just spend the day relaxing, batting at a toy occasionally, and, most importantly, being your loving cat companion. Adoption applications are available at http://www.forgottenones.ca/adoptions/. Story
DOB: April 2024 Mason has wonderful personality traits: good-natured, affectionate, engaging, well-behaved, and independent. He is a gorgeous-looking white cat, with interesting black fur accents, a cute pink nose, and bright green eyes. Mason appreciates being in the company of humans, but he is not needy or overly demanding of interactions. He enjoys receiving affectionate strokes, chin rubs and love pats.  Although he is not a lap cat, Mason’s gentle pussy-cat rubs on your leg, his little verbal greetings, and his easy, relaxed manner will warm your heart.  A day in the life of Mason include: watching the goings-on outside, bird watching, tossing toys, eating his favourite canned salmon cat food, basking in sunshine or the warmth of the fireplace, and hanging with his soulmate Maverick. The feline siblings have a touching bond and are frequently found cuddling together. They have such a strong connection that they must be adopted together. Mason and Maverick will be a wonderful addition to a quiet household that will appreciate and value their gentle, loving companionship. Mason will likely be timid with his new family initially, but, once he feels safe and loved, his affectionate nature will shine through.    Adoption applications are available at http://www.forgottenones.ca/adoptions/. Story
This kitten will be available to be adopted now and taken home on August 15. You must submit an online application on our website, and a deposit of $200 will be accepted to reserve this kitten.   Salah is not your typical kitten; she's a sweet and affectionate little furball with a beautiful brown tabby coat that adds to her charm. Her personality is as lively and vibrant as her name suggests, embodying the spirit of a playful and loving little feline. Salah enjoys curling up in your lap, purring softly as she nuzzles against you, spreading warmth and comfort.   At just 3 months old, Salah was rescued from the industrial area of Concord, Ontario, a place that is often unkind to vulnerable creatures. Fortunately, she was discovered alongside three other litters behind an office building, where she and her siblings faced numerous challenges. We gathered one mother cat and ten kittens in total during this rescue mission, showcasing the collective effort of our team to ensure their safety and well-being. Although we are unsure about the specific identities of her littermates, Salah's friendly demeanour is a testament to the resilience and adaptability she has developed, especially considering the harsh environment she came from. The workers inside the building played a crucial role in their survival by diligently feeding these kittens daily and providing them with makeshift shelter, demonstrating kindness in a setting that often lacks compassion.   Our mission is to ensure that every cat, including spirited little Salah, receives the love, care, and attention they deserve. This kitten has been lovingly cared for by one of our dedicated foster volunteers, who has taken the time to nurture her, helping her to grow and thrive in a safe and supportive environment. This experience has not only allowed Salah to blossom but also provided her with the socialization she needs to adapt to a loving home.   Salah was once a stray, and she has been at our rescue since July 8. Our team worked tirelessly to bring her into a nurturing environment, ensuring she receives the love and care she deserves as Salah transitions from life on the streets to a warm and welcoming home. This transition is crucial for her development, allowing her to learn to trust humans and experience the comforts of indoor living.   Salah needs to be adopted alongside another kitten from our rescue or into a home that already has another cat under the age of five.
