Story
DOB April 2019 Sarah is pretty tabby with a gorgeous coat and beautiful gold-coloured eyes. She is in good health and has a sweet personality, and we are looking for an understanding family for her as she is extremely timid. In the past year, she has come out of her shell, thanks to the nurturing of her current foster family, but they have family cats—and Sarah definitely does not like other felines! She must be in a single-pet home. Below, Sarah’s foster mom describes her personality. Sarah will come looking for attention one or two times a day. She likes to be scratched and petted with long strokes, and her loving sessions can be up to 20 minutes in length. She will crawl all over your lap and around you while she is having her pet pampering. She likes to have treats included with her petting sessions—definitely a prima donna! During the day, Sarah enjoys spending time looking out the window and watching the activities in the backyard. Twice a day, she waits patiently for me to be ready to play with her and, and, when it is time, she will run to her toys, enthusiastically meowing away at me. She has her favourite wand toys, as well as a fabric bag, and she is happiest if both are included in her play sessions. She also likes treats to be served during playtime. Overall, Sarah is quiet and reserved but she can be talkative with the person she has bonded to. She loves to spend time with you as you go about your day, and she will contently chatter away at you. Sarah has a loveable, expressive face. When she comes into a room, she’ll sit down, check out the room, and give you a look as if to say, 'Hey guys, what's up?'. Sarah is shy and she prefers older people, preferrable females. She does require time to warm up to people, but with treats, patience and love, she will come around.
