Story
Oliver is a super friendly and snuggly cat. He is 3 1/2 and was adopted from a shelter after he was found on an airstrip in California. He would do well in a home that can give him the attention and love he deserves

Story
Chilli was found outside my house June 2023 with her 6 kittens. I was able to get 5 of her kittens to new homes in November. However I still have one of her kittens and her, but can only afford her or her kitten. She is more socialized and affectionate than her kitten so I believe she will be able to relocate easier and faster than her boy, so here we are! Chilli is extremely loving, affectionate and playful. She loves to cuddle up to people and just recieve attention and pets, she reminds me more of a dog than a cat when it comes to receiving attention! She is also used to being alone most of the day do to my schedule but would also thrive with someone who would be able to give her more time. She is used to being in her own smallish room when I'm not home, but also runs through the house when I am home. She is very adaptable and I'm sure she will love her new forever home! Also I took her and her kittens to the feral cat coalition to get fixed so she has her right ear tipped slightly.

Story
Grimace is a little bit older than a year, very snuggly, and loves wet food. He has a sweet meow, and will let you know when he needs attention. He loves being brushed, and taking naps with you. He does have issues with other cats, he came from a situation of over 20 cats living inside. He needs a single pet house hold. We have dogs and he does swat at them. Grimace would love a family. Right now, we have to keep him separated from our other cats in our bathroom. Super sweet, young boy, ready for some cuddles!

Story
Shirley, born 07/01/2022, is a beautiful self sufficient cat that must be Queen of her kingdom. Shirley needs to live in a home without other cats or dogs. She was adopted last year and is being returned because she could not adjust to the resident dog. She is great with kids 5+ years old. Shirley is a young adult who loves to play. She is a Tortie, so expect some tortitude. She is polite and a fast learner. Her favorite thing to do is lay on the top of the cat tree and stare out the window watching the world go by. $100 adoption fee per adult cat. Hardest part of rescue is: - Not being able to save every cat. - Finding excellent homes for our rescues. Silverton Cat Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. In order to make sure cats under our care go to the safest and most compatible homes we require adoptees to fill out our Rescue’s application and accept a home visit. Please fill out an application, https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SIL/Cat or email us at silvertonrescue@gmail.com for more information. We do not have a shelter. All our rescues are in foster homes. The $100 adoption fee per cat insures that all cats coming into your care will be delivered altered (spayed/neutered), microchipped, vaccinated for FVRCP (feline distemper), tested (negative) for FIv & Felv, dewormed, and have been treated for fleas.

Story
Missy, born April 2023, was discovered as a small ball of fur with huge eyes in a parking lot. She is very affectionate, very energetic and very, very vocal (if she wants something, you will know!). She is not recommended for homes with children or other pets. She does not bite or claw people, she snuggles and purrs. She does not get carsick or scared in vehicles - as long as her Person is there with her! Myssy is a very timid cat, one that will need lots of love and adjustment time. Silverton Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. In order to make sure cats under our care go to the safest and most compatible homes we require adoptees to fill out our Rescue’s application and accept a home visit. We deliver the kitty to your home, so you must live within an hour of Silverton. $125 adoption fee for kitties under one year and $100 for kitties over one year. Please fill out an application, https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SIL/Cat or email us at  silvertonrescue@gmail.com for more information. We do use the application to match our kitties to the purrfect home. Please be patience when you apply for a kitty; we are all volunteers. All our kitties are altered (spayed/neutered), microchipped, receive age appropriate vaccines, are dewormed, treated for fleas and tested for FIV/FELV.

Story
Hi, I’m Oriette, born June 2023. My foster mom said that I was the first kitty to come out of hiding and am super affectionate once I understand that you are my new family. I love sitting on laps. Even though I am smaller than my brother Kratos, I still love to wrestle with him. I am a beautiful, fast kitty. The red dot fears me. Kratos and I will keep you entertained with our antics. We are excellent office assistants and can help make Zoom meeting more productive. If you have ever had shy kitties, then you know how rewarding it is when they learn to trust you and turn into purr monsters! Kratos and Oriette’s Mom is feral. They were saved by a good Samaritan and Mom has been spayed and is much happier now that she can relax $125 adoption fee per kitten.
