Meet Socks, who was named NOT for his white socks, but because, as a young kitten, his favorite thing to do was to sit on his foster parents' feet. It was the cutest thing! Socks, his sister Shelly, and brother Rusty had a traumatic start. At about 4 weeks of age, they were abandoned in a black crate in the sun on a hot summer day. They would have perished if not for the neighborhood watch group, who acted quickly and get him into a foster home. The kittens were skinny and sick, but now, with TLC, Socks and his siblings are the pictures of health. Socks is playful and loves to play with humans and cats alike. He hasn't been exposed to dogs yet, but he's young enough to learn to live with cat-friendly dogs. He's affectionate, and one of his favorite activities is climbing—he sure does love his cat tower. Current on vaccines, dewormed and FIV/FeLk negative, Socks is ready for the next adventure in life: finding his furever home and family. Is that you? Mama cat is about a year and a half maybe two years old. The kittens are about 10 weeks depending on when you read this. They’re all very sweet. I would like to keep them if I could, but I can’t. They’re not able to stay at my new house also I’m adopted out for a friend that had to move and she was in trouble herself so I told her I would try to take care of them and I did for a while, but I can’t now and I really need a good home and they’re they’re worthwhile. Thanks for your consideration and they will be loving a new home.

Check out our pretty girl, Pearl2. She's a sleek grey tabby, all ready to get pets from her people and hand out purrs in return. This sweet girl was part of a feral colony and was trapped. The plan was to release her, but her caretakers saw that, with a little work, she'd make a wonderful indoor family member. Now, just a few weeks later, she's just part of the crowd with the foster family of dogs, cats, and people. And a bona fide lap kitten, seeking a lap whenever possible. Morpheus is a 2-year-old American Shorthair who showed up on my porch at the farm starving to death. I grew to really like the big fellow, but I have another Tom cat who is extremely jealous and will never accept another male cat living here.Morpheus is:• Neutered, vaccinated and litter box trained• FIV positive but very healthy with a beautiful, shiny coat (low risk to other cats and no risk to humans)• He was a bit nervous at first but has calmed down and curls up purring next to me now• Best suited for a calm, inside-only home with no other cats• Looking for an owner with some experience• Loves catnip and gets super sillyI am currently keeping Morpheus in a back room because it isn't safe for him to be exposed to other illnesses he might pick up outside and because of my other tomcat.
