💛💛 Please meet Pablo! 💛💛 Our outgoing and very affectionate Chi-Weenie (Chihuahua / Dachsund). He's a 4-year old, neutered male that weighs about 13 lbs and is up-to-date on his shots. We brought Pablo home during the pandemic from an org that had rescued his mom from the streets while pregnant with a liter of 5 pups. He is overall obedient with commands but it's been an ongoing process to work on managing his anxiety when new guests come into our home. We are expecting a new baby in May and are prioritizing a baby-friendly environment. I am extremely hopeful that we can find a good family to adopt Pablo as surrendering him to a shelter would be too painful of a decision. Pablo is potty trained and walks well off leash. He's GREAT on hikes and has a lot of energy and playing fetch at the beach or a park is one of his favorite things to do. He loves attention from humans but can be nervous so he is responds best to calm, confident energy and prefers women.

Starski is a 2 year old male Chiweenie Mix. He is a little guy who loves to roll around on the grass. He is pretty low maintenance, and would thrive in any home as long as he is loved, and getting table scraps is always a bonus. Starski's favorite day time activity is sitting on your feet while you make lunch. Starski came with 9 other dogs named Cobra, Dumpling, Ganta, Milo, Molly, Saki, Soju, Tempura, and Ziti from an overcrowded shelter who asked us to help. We hold an event every weekend at our facility on SATURDAY and SUNDAY 11-5pm and open to the public. It is first come first serve we do not evaluate applications prior to an event. If there are multiple interested parties in the same dog or puppy at the same time we would pick the best out of the 10 applications. Please visit our social media platforms for the specifics for each weekend as it changes from week to week. This litter of cuties was rescued from central California. They were inbound for the local city shelter before our rescue stepped in to help. They were shy, covered in fleas, and in need of some much needed attention. After a few weeks in our care they have come out of their shells and their personalities are beginning to blossom. They are all very sweet, playful and energetic. They are ready to forget about their pasts and move on to a brighter future with a forever family. This little cutie is Nellie! Nellie is a 4 month old, female, Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier mix. Nellie was born in our foundation when her Mama Lucy and two other dogs came to our rescue. The three dogs were seen being thrown from a car window, dumped and abandoned. The car took off and never came back for them. Luckily a kind woman got them to safety and reached out to us to see if we could bring them into our foundation. We said yes! Soon after arriving, we noticed that Mama Lucy was pregnant and soon after gave birth to three puppies. Nellie is a happy and sweet little girl that just wants to be loved. She is playful and so much fun! She definitely needs another young and small breed dog in the home or she could be adopted with her brother Nelson (Black/brown puppy). We don't adopt puppies out as "only" dogs. Nellie would love a safe and secure yard to run around in and owners that are not gone long hours during the day. Nellie is such a precious pup and we know that her forever home is out there! Nellie is microchipped and vaccinated and will soon be spayed at the appropriate age. We only adopt in the Greater Los Angeles Areas as an in person meet/greet, home check, and trial period are required. Double the fun...Double the love...Meet Louie and Ollie! These two sweet boys are lucky to be alive! A fellow rescuer we work with was told about two dogs that were dumped and abandoned in the desert. The person who told her about them was not able to catch them late that night and left a blanket and food hoping they would survive until the rescuer got there the next morning. Thankfully, they made it through the night and the rescuer found them huddled together protecting one another. She got them to safety and reached out to us to see if we could take them into our foundation. We said yes! Louie (brown/small) and Ollie (black/bigger) are approximately 2 year old male Chorkies that we trully believe are brothers. They are bonded boys and we want to keep them together. We are looking for a patient, loving, and nurturing home that will give the boys the time they need to feel safe and loved. A home with owners that are not gone long hours during the day would be ideal. Louie and Ollie have been through so much in their young lives that we promised them that we would find them the best and most perfect forever home out there!
