It is with super heavy hearts that my husband and I are needing to re-home our 3 year old male Chiweenie mix, Ollie. He is neutered and up to date with vaccines and flea prevention. He loves other dogs and kids 3+, but cannot live with cats. We are re-homing him due to his strong prey drive and aggression towards our cats that we haven’t been able to train away and he hasn’t grown out of. He needs a fenced yard or to be in an apartment with no yard, as he will try to escape an unfenced yard. We aren’t seeking any re-homing fee; we just want to find him a loving home, ideally with another dog for him to get his energy out with.

Story
Simba is a great little dog however, he has a temper. He gets into moods where he doesn’t want to be picked up or touched and he tries to bite you. He has moments where he plays as well. He would do well with a single person or a couple with no kids with experience. I wouldn’t say he’s aggressive but he has aggressive moments.

Disco is a people loving 7-8yo little guy. His ideal life would be sleeping under a blanket, being on your lap, and dancing around any new person who comes to visit him. He loves people, chasing birds, and being cozy. He has had an adventurous life, but he’s slowing down with age a bit and prefers laying in the sun and being a lap dog. He doesn’t like other stranger dogs, will only consider a home where he will be the only dog in the home. He has lived with a cat his whole life and doesn’t interact with her much at all, she’s kind of his boss, but unsure on how he will be with a new cat friend. Ideally he needs someone who is home most of the time to provide a lap and company and he will be your best friend.

HE WAS FOUND WITH TWO PUPPIES UNDER A HIGHWAY BRIDGE. UNFORTUNATELY, ONE OF THEM TESTED POSITIVE FOR DISTEMPER AND, BECAUSE THE DISEASE WAS ALREADY VERY ADVANCED, HE DIED A FEW DAYS AFTER STARTING HIS TREATMENT. ELMER AND THE OTHER PUPPY, TITAN, WERE PLACED IN QUARANTINE AS A PREVENTIVE MEASURE. HOWEVER, ONE DAY AFTER THE END OF QUARANTINE, TITAN SHOWED DISTEMPOR SYMPTOMS AND, LIKE THE FIRST PUPPY, DIED DESPITE RECEIVING TREATMENT. THIS WAS HOW ELMER BECAME THE ONLY SURVIVOR OF THIS RESCUE. TODAY ELMER IS COMPLETELY HEALTHY AND WITHOUT ANY KIND OF SEQUEL AND IS LOOKING FOR A LOVING FAMILY THAT WILL CONSENT HIM. ELMER IS A FAITHFUL COMPANION WHO LOVES TO BE HUGGED AND Cuddled. HE WILL LOVE TO TAKE WALKS AND WALKS WITH YOU. IT IS PLAYFUL AND FRIENDLY, WHICH MAKES IT IDEAL TO BE WITH CHILDREN AND LITTLE ONES. Pinky is a tiny and adorable boy who lived on the streets with his 4 siblings, of which only 3 survived after a dog attack. He and his siblings managed to take shelter and with a report from a neighbor we were able to find and rescue them. 4.5 pounds of pure love and sweetness, a sweethearth boy. Despite his size he is a brave baby, and he wins your heart with those giant eyes in that little face. He loves to play with toys even if they are too big for him, and he does big jumps at your side while you walk at normal speed, lol. Pinky steals a smile every time you look at him, he really is so cute. He stands on two hind legs to ask you for food or cuddles. He lives well with other dogs and cats, and is not usually shy with people. The $550.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to Oregon or Washington. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. This little boy was in the street with his 4 siblings, and one of them was attacked by dogs and did not survive. Fortunately we were able to find the 3 of them before it was too late, and Kuzco is now ready for his new home! He is a funny, adorable, small and too cute dog. Those beautiful eyes steal your soul, and it's so hard to get mad at him. He loves to play with other dogs, sometimes he forgets his size and thinks he can play with big dogs and be at their level, haha. He won't grow much, he will be small, his dad weighs no more than 12 pounds. The $550.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to Oregon or Washington. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date.
