**Meet Lassie this Saturday, April 27th from 10 to 1:00 at Dublin Petsmart West, 6960 Amador Plaza Rd.** Have you been thinking about a dog, but not sure that you have the energy to invest in the basic training skills? Lassie would love to meet you and fulfill your dreams. Lassie is a Rough Collie/Husky mix about 48 lbs. She may be a bit shy when first meeting you, but she warms up quickly. Lassie is the sweetest dog. She loves to be pet and have her belly rubbed. A tired dog is a good dog. Lassie is happy with 2 or 3 walks (20 to 30 minutes each) at day. She walks well on her leash and does not react to people or other dogs she encounters on her walks. However, you may need to be ready for the occasional bolt if she sees a squirrel or cat. She is up for longer walks and would probably love a jogging partner. Lassie is house trained. If you miss her signal to go out, she will get your attention with a low howl. She loves her bed for naps during the day and goes easily into her crate at nighttime. She knows basic commands like sit and down (although her stubborn husky side may cause her to respond a little slowly at times). Lassie is working on the stay command as well as loose leash walking. Tippy enjoys sun bathing in redwood city foster home. she was rescued after hit by car, received surgery and thoroughly rehabbed. from vet estimate, she could be 5 years old or more. she is around 30 lb, spayed, all shots, looking for a loving home. she is house trained and ideal for human who needs a quiet companion. best if there is no other dog or cat as her current foster home doesn't have other pet. tippy would be good to keep someone company who lives a quiet life. she is quiet at home and easy to take care of by a kind hearted person with a routine. All dogs are fostered in private homes, there is no facility open to public. Home visit would be arranged for matched application. We encourage everyone to visit public shelters, and save another dog's life.

Sadie is an incredibly sweet, affectionate 4-year-old Sheperd mix (29lbs). We adopted her as an 8-week-old puppy from Family Dog Rescue in June 2020 and like many pandemic puppies, she is a timid dog who takes time to adjust to new people and surroundings. We already had an older 12-pound poodle mix when we adopted Sadie. While they seemed to get along well while Sadie was a puppy, the last couple of years has led to increased friction. Sadie has benefitted from working with a trainer and knows multiple commands. At times, she can be a bit reactive to some dogs when walking on leash, but generally does well and follows our training techniques. She sleeps in her crate at night and is comfortable spending time in her pen. She would do great in a single pet household with no children. She goes on walks/runs, loves to chew and to play with her toys. She is a very sweet dog and we are heartbroken to rehome her. We will gladly provide her bed, crate, pen and toys.
