This sweet, sweet girl came to us from Turlock Animal Services with five tiny babies she was nursing. Her She has been an amazing mama and has taken such wonderful care of her puppies. Now that her little ones are grown up, it's time for this loving girl to find a family of her very own! We're not sure on a breed (Turlock had her as a Collie mix), but we think Heeler or Border Collie mix is a good guess. She has that small frame. She is very young-probably only about a year old-and is a nice-sized girl weighing approximately 32 pounds. From the moment she arrived, she has been incredibly sweet and affectionate with our staff. She has been such a wonderful guest at the shelter, and we think she is going to make an absolutely wonderful family companion. Because she came to us as a stray, we don't know her complete history, so we don't know how she feels about cats or children. She is wonderful with our staff and other dogs! She is vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped, so she's ready to go home! Her adoption fee is $350, which helps us cover the cost of her care while she waits for her forever family. Hank is a big beautiful 1 1/2 yr old boy that is fully/professionally trained. He is house trained, crate trained, leash trained (amazing walker/ trained not to pull), well behaved in the car, loves going new places and meeting new people, takes treats gently. Hank is a mixed guardian shepherd breed and needs lots of exercise. If you have a big yard (which is needed for Hank), no need for a ball or frisbee, he will sprint around for hours by himself protecting your yard. He doesn't get along with male dogs, but does fine with female dogs and cats. Hank has lived with a 4 yo and 6 yo for over a year and is very gentle and sweet with him. However, because of his size, we think he would do best in a home with older kids. Hank is neutered, UTD on his vaccines and microchipped. Adopt Cedar This Handsome boy has been looking for a home for quite sometime. He was rescued at just 4 months old back in April 2024. All of his siblings found loving homes already. Cedar took some time to open up but Cedar loves the outdoors now! He is shy but playful, great with other pups, curious, and smart (taught himself the dog door on his own), food motivated which is a bonus for training! He’s crate trained, potty trained and just a stunning hound mix who was kill-listed and a true survivor! Cedar is ready for patience and love. He sleeps through the night and is learning to trust humans more and more everyday. Originally he is from the Coachella Valley, Animal Shelter and saved on Easter Sunday. ?We are very thankful for everyone that has helped all the siblings! ? With a total of eight fearful puppies who had nowhere to go. Now they have all one by one come out of their shells at their own time. We would love for Cedar to find a home where he could relax and decompress. These puppies definitely needed love and patience, and they are opening up a little by little. Adopt Bowser JR! Bowser joined our pack from the Modesto animal shelter at just 5 weeks old. Now he is the last of the litter left and around 9 months old. He was found with his mama and siblings in Modesto ca. Bowsers face had injuries and so did all the other siblings. Even though he had an injury to his face he is still as cute as can be.
