This happy lil boy with the infectious smile was rescued from the Downey Shelter where he was an owner surrender and I just couldn't tell you why....this boy is so sweet and just wants to be cuddled and loved. Cheech is now crate trained and house trained. He loves riding in the car and loves walks and he LOVES to swim! He can dive like a big dog into the pool to fetch his favorite toy! Cheech currently weighs 12.5 pounds. Cheech's adoption fee is $450 and he is now fully vaccinated (rabies included), microchipped and neutered. Finnegan is approximately 8 years old and weighs 26 pounds. His DNA results say he is Dachshund/Chihuahua/Poodle, but 100% cute! This adorable boy is looking for a special someone to share his life with. He had cataract surgery and his eyesight was restored, but he will be on an eye drop once a day for life. He is a total sweetheart who loves people, although he takes longer to trust men. Finnegan is a companion dog that wants to be near you. He is not suited for apartment living. We are looking for a single family home where someone works from home or is home more often than not. He is social around other small, calm dogs and can be placed in a home with cats. Bambi was adopted in Mission Viejo Animal Services Center in September of 2024. He is currently 9 months old. He is potty trained and knows a few commands for example: no, go get it, drop it, outside. He is very playful and has lots of energy. He has mellowed out through out the months. We also have cats, he is always looking to play with them but my cats are more to themselves. I feel like Bambi needs a home with people who can give him more attention and room to run around during the day. He is very sweet and lovable.

Lilly and Buttercup were adopted to a home together. Due to a change in the owner's situation, they were recently returned to rescue.
