After spending a few weeks wandering the streets as a stray, a kind-hearted Good Samaritan brought him to safety and did everything possible to locate his owner. Sadly, no one came forward—so now Wally is starting a brand-new chapter. Wally is an affectionate boy who truly loves his people. He forms strong bonds and can be a little protective of those he cares about most, making him a loyal companion. He does have a strong Dachshund personality, so he is looking for an experienced owner. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and enjoys playtime with his canine friends. Mile had a rough start spending the first years of his life living in a backyard. That has not stopped him from settling right in to his foster home where he has doggie friends and gets to snuggle on the couch. He does love to explore the yard and lay in the sun but then happily comes back inside. He loves his doggie friends but will also entertain himself by throwing a toy and chasing it. So Cute! They are brothers and are completely bonded so they cannot be separated. If you are looking for a pair of dogs as an addition to your family, Ben and Jerry would be just the right double scoop of love. Ben and Jerry are very young Dachshund mix dogs, full of life and affection. They are small in size, about 15 pounds each, and they love to walk and play together. They are housebroken and play well with other dogs. Overall they are very well-behaved young dogs available for adoption by a loving family.
