Story
Meet Brownie! He is a sweet boy that will cuddle with you on the couch! He is current on heartworm and flea/tick prevention, neutered, up to date on vaccinations, multiple dewormings. His mother was at minimum majority American Bulldog and we believe he might have had a different dad than his siblings. His siblings are definitely lab and his possibilities are hound/ beagle/ lab. He is a little smaller than his siblings. A fenced yard is required to adopt Brownie. His foster mom has been working with him on leash training and he has been doing great! He has been fully potty/crate trained. Brownie gets little spurts of energy and will run around with his siblings in the yard and loves for you to play with him too! Brownie is looking for someone who can give him a fair amount of attention. He would love to have a person with more time available than his foster mom. He adores cats, so his new home must have a kitty friend. If you think Brownie would make the perfect addition to your family please e-mail spar.crissi@gmail.com for an application! A veterinary reference is preferred to adopt a puppy and required for current/previous pets. We normally respond within 24-48 hours at the most.

Story
Meet Delilah! Delilah loves wagging her tail. She is a happy little girl. She would be best in a home with dogs of approximate or smaller size than her. She is a little reserved when she is around dogs that are bigger in size than her. Delilah gets along just fine with cats. She came into rescue needing heartworm treatment, has been treated, cleared, and just had another negative heartworm test. She is on monthly prevention and just had her vaccinations updated as well. She will let you know when she is ready to eat (LOL) and is completely potted trained. She does not like spending much time outdoors as she likes to do her business and come almost straight back in. If you feel Delilah might be a good fit for your family please e-mail spar.crissi@gmail.com for an application. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Story
💖 For Adoption through Southern Paws Animal Rescue, Alabama - Adoption Fee Required 💖 General info: Chloe is a really sweet, humble girl who just wants someone to love and to love her back. She had a rough start to life, surviving distemper at just 10 weeks old, and then surviving 2 bites from a timber rattler when she was 2! This girl has been through some bad stuff, and deserves a life of comfort and happiness. Chloe would do best in a home that is fairly calm, as she has a very calm and almost timid personality. She likes kids though, so some children over about 6 yrs old would be fine. She would also be perfect for an older person or couple. She walks great on leash and rides in the car very well. Name: Chloe Breed: Anatolian Shepherd Mix Age: 6 Sex: Female Food aggression: Yes, with dogs only. Not with humans Animal aggression: No small dogs People aggressive: No Kid friendly: Yes Utd on shots: Yes Spayed/neutered: Yes Microchipped: Yes Heartworm Status: Negative House/litter trained: Uses Doggie Door Basic obedience trained: Yes Location: Tuscaloosa County Will Transport to approved home #sparchloe

Grady is perfect! House trained Crate trained Leash trained Here is what Grady’s foster mom has to say about him: Great with cats and dogs of all sizes but dominant dogs do intimidate him. He’s submissive. He is a little shy at first, and will bark and hide behind me, but he warms up quickly and then he is your best friend! He loves to cuddle and sleep in the bed with his human but he’s perfectly fine sleeping in a crate too. He doesn’t cry in his crate at all. Grady is super playful and would do best in a home with another playful dog. He’s submissive is very very smart and eager to please, so training has been very easy! He gets his feelings hurt if you tell him no lol He is really the perfect dog in every way! DOB 12/10/25 Weight 35 lbs Grady does have a little friend he was rescued with and we would love to find a home willing to adopt them together.

Story
This sweet boy is “Bagel”. He is Mr. Personality. He loves to give kisses and will roll over for belly rubs! He is about 49lbs and is a little over 1 1/2 years old. Bagel LOVES playing tennis and needs someone who will throw the tennis ball with him. He is fully potty trained and likes to watch TV. Bagel loves to give his foster mom hugs and for that reason we are looking for an adopter without very small children. We do not know if he might accidentally knock down a small child trying to give loves as he is not around small children at his foster home. A fenced-in yard is required to adopt Bagel. He is already neutered, current on vaccinations, dewormed and negative fecal, on monthly prevention, and microchipped. We prefer adopter without other dogs at this time. If you are interested in adopting Bagel please reach out to 205-540-3314, or email spar.crissi@gmail.com
