Meet Friday! Friday is a 1.5-year-old Chihuahua/Jack Russell mix weighing about 15 lbs. She’s a beautiful tan and white girl who is friendly and growing more confident every single day. She absolutely loves gentle scratches and napping on the ottoman—her favorite relaxing spot. Friday came from a severe hoarding situation, so the world can still feel a bit overwhelming to her. She’s learning what it means to be safe, loved, and part of a family — and she needs someone patient and kind to help her continue that journey. Friday is not fully housebroken yet, but we’re actively working on it. Like many small dogs, she can be a little stubborn, so consistency and patience will make all the difference. She does wonderfully with other dogs and cats and seems to take comfort in their company. She approaches people on her own terms and has already begun to show her gentle, affectionate side. Bobby came from a severe hoarding situation, but unlike many of his friends, he stepped into rescue life with a surprising amount of confidence. She’s around 1 year old and 7-8 lbs. She’s shy but really opening up. She’s starting to love cuddles and the good life. She is good with other animals and kids. We have researched and discussed in depth with multiple vets everything on pediatric spay and neuter and from a rescue stand point it must be done. Please do not ask for an extension on spay and neutering, it will NOT be granted on a healthy puppy! Puppies/Dogs that are not available for adoption due to vetting not being complete can be reserved with an approved application and a non refundable $50 deposit. Deposits can ONLY be submitted once the rescue has been in contact on your approval and it has been requested through Wags and Whiskers.
