Not good with dogs, House-trained,
Story
Picked up as a stray so age unknown. House broken, crate trained, and knows: his name, sit, stay, lay down, shake, roll over, get-your-toy (will grab whatever toy from his box to play with), touch, catch, and fetch (won't give you the ball though). He's chill and comfortable with laying down, won't chew on any cords or furniture, but he does get rowdy during playtime so not suitable for young children. Unfortunately, he got attacked by another dog early last year and is reactive to other dogs. Since getting a new job, it's been hard to keep up with his training. And with living in an apartment complex, he pretty much sits inside or is in his crate all day as I can only walk him in the middle of the night. I'll give all the supplies I have to whomever takes him (grooming supplies, crate, food, toys, leash). Contact: inquiryduke1@gmail.com

Story
Meet DJ! DJ is a handsome 4-year-old Greyhound/Lab mix with long legs, a lean 50-lb frame, and the sweetest personality. He’s the most laid-back of his siblings and loves nothing more than being right by your side. DJ is playful, food-motivated, and enjoys his toys (though sheets and tents don’t always stand a chance ). He does wonderfully with kids and cats, but would do best as the only male dog in the home. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, microchipped. and heartworm negative. His adoption fee is $250.  DJ’s story is extra special. His mom was rescued from an abuse situation by animal control and gave birth to 8 beautiful puppies while in the pound. Thankfully, the whole family was brought to safety with the rescue, and now DJ is ready for a forever home of his own. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a big heart and an easygoing spirit, DJ might just be your perfect match! &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143March 16, 2026, 11:26 pm

Story
This is birdie he will be 2 on April 16th he is the sweetest furbaby. Weighs a whole 6 pound. His pictures are just a few of his many haircuts. He is unique to me cause no matter how you cut his hair his body is light brown and ears and tail and paws are dark. He loves his people and loves to snuggle. He loves all animals kids of any ages. He is fully house trained loves to ride. He is not fixed. My dad currently was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer for the second time and this time isn’t good. He has came home on hospice and needs 24 hour care my time is completely taken up with my dad and birdie is left at home all day. It breaks my heart to tell him bye in the mornings knowing I won’t be home later that night. It isn’t fair to him as I said he loves his people and that’s what he deserves is to have someone he can be with way more than he gets with me. This breaks my heart to do this I just want what’s best for him. He loves belly rubs and will walk on his back legs.

Story
His name is Maverick he is about 5-6months old. He was dumped off to me bc he was the last puppy in a litter and the owner didn't want anymore dogs. Sadly our home is not set up to cater to a puppy as there hardly anyone ever home due to long work hours. He is potty training hense the diaper he is crate trained as well. We want to find him a loving home where he can run and play and not spend most of his days in the crate. He is very energetic he loves to run and play. He plays well with my older dog and has been around kids with no problems. Because he is a puppy and still learning boundaries he sometimes plays to ruff as he doesn't understand his size or strength but has never showed any aggression. With summer coming up we are all gonna be gone so I'm really searching for that right fit so that the shelter doesn't become a option. Please I know someone is searching for a new baby and I promise he is just that he would make a excellent addition to any family :)
