Story
Meet sweet Coco, an adorable 5-year-old Australian Shepherd ready to find her forever family. This gentle girl is house-trained, spayed, and well mannered; a true low-maintenance companion. Rescued by Morgan and Austin a few years ago, Coco has blossomed into a loyal and affectionate soul. She loves being close to her people and will quietly follow you from room to room, content just to be near your side. Coco thrives in a calm home where she can feel safe and relaxed. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs but would do best without toddlers, as she can be sensitive to sudden noise or movement. She is a little too interested in cats; as a result, we would advise against rehoming her with a cat. If you are searching for a loving, loyal dog who will fill your home with warmth and quiet companionship, Coco may be the one for you! Adoption will include collapsible crate, food bows, bag of food, leashes and other misc. dog toys/training items.

Story
Meet Luka, a big-hearted boy with energy to spare. Luka is striking, with one blue eye and one brown eye. He is a 2-1/2 year-old Siberian Husky and at 73 pounds, he is a strong, athletic boy with a playful spirit. He is the younger brother of Indigo, and like her, is looking for a new home where he can thrive. Luka is great with children and has a gentle, affectionate nature. He is still young and full of energy so he will do best in a home with a secure, fenced yard where he can run, explore, and burn off his energy by running zoomies. Luka would love a home that understands the Husky mindset; smart, independent and always up for a challenge. Luka is neutered, heartworm tested (negative) and up-to-date on vaccinations. If you are looking for a loyal companion, Luka might be your perfect fit.You can apply on line at www.hsvawl.org by completing the Adoption Application on the home page.September 2, 2025, 7:11 am
