I adopted Coco over 3 years ago. She did have some anxiety and has come out of her shell more. Currently, my work schedule has changed and I’m unfortunately not able to spend a lot of time with her.

Story
Hairy's mom was a stray in a rural area that my parents took in when they noticed she was pregnant so she wouldn't have to have her puppies in the woods and they would have a chance to survive. She had 2 puppies, one of which was Hairy. My parents were not able to find a home for both puppies, so we took in Hairy so that he wouldn't have to be sent to the shelter. He is an amazing dog and a really good boy, but we are unable to give him the time and attention he deserves. We now have a 4-year-old, an 8-month-old, and another one on the way, and we simply are not able to prioritize him and feel he deserves better. He is 2 years old and is very smart and loving. We are not actually sure what breed he is, but his mom looks like a white retriever, and we feel he has a lot of bluetick attributes, so we're assuming he's got at least some of each of those in him.

Story
I am posting on behalf of my father-in-law, as these are his dogs. My elderly father-in-law has had medical issues in the past 6 months that have resulted in hospitalizations. Due to his condition, he has moved into a rehab facility, and is likely going to be moving into an assisted care facility after that. The dogs are currently hazardous to his limited mobility and my father-in-law isn't able to give them the care that they need any longer. They are currently being cared for by a neighbor and couple other people that are able to stop in make sure the dogs have food, water, and access to the back yard, however this is obviously not a long term solution. I'll give as much information as I have on the dogs, though it is, admittedly, limited. Otto is a sweet, attention seeker of a dog. He loves scratches, pets, and will lean on you for love. He is a bit of an older guy, at 9 years old, but in true lab fashion, is always ready to go do something with you with enthusiasm and play.
