Story
I fully believe Ghost has potential to be a great dog, but we have not had the necessary time to invest in him and I would rather him find his forever home sooner than later. Unfortunately, my husband's work schedule increased shortly after we got this beautiful boy so he hasn't gotten the training he truly needs. He is a border collie/heeler mix and an escape artist. My husband has attempted to fix the fence several times but this boy always finds a way out and unfortunately we don't have the time or money to put up a sturdier fence right now. He breaks out and will go to the road to chase cars as they pass. I do not want him to get run over. 😭 I want him to go to someone with space for him to run safely and time to train him because I know he could be the best dog. It's heartbreaking to post but I want the best for him and I don't think that's us. NOTES: 1. He has been around my toddler but I always stay close - he jumps. 2. I will take him to ensure his shots are up to date.

Story
Update: we're still looking for a home for Baby Girl. While we would love to find her a permanent home, also looking for a potential foster home. I travel too much for us to house her much longer. Its just not good for her. This is Baby Girl. She came to us when her loving owner passed away. She has a gentle, playful demeanor and is comfortable around people and other dogs. She has a really good 'guard dog' bark without the guard dog bite, and she uses it at the right times. We have a cat that we need to keep separated because she likes to chase it. We would love to find a home where she can get the attention and care she deserves as we are not interested in homing another dog. She really is sweet though

Story
Kordell 5-year-old Standard Male Bull Terrier 50 lbs Central Arkansas 🐾 The good stuff: • Extremely sweet, social, and people-loving • Good with kids • Dog-friendly with similar-sized dogs • Happy, playful, and affectionate • Neutered & fully vetted 🏡 Best home: • Dogs his size or larger • No cats or small dogs (unknown history) • A home that wants a true companion dog 💙 Kordell’s story: Kordell is the definition of resilient. He came into rescue with severe demodex mange, and just when he was on the mend, he faced another hurdle—a bowel obstruction that required emergency surgery. He underwent a major procedure, including removal of a portion of his intestines, and made a full recovery. Through it all, Kordell has remained incredibly loving and people-focused. He greets life (and other dogs) with happy tail wags and a gentle, friendly nature. Now healthy and thriving, he’s ready for what he’s been waiting for all along—a forever home. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate Bull Terrier with a powerful comeback story, Kordell is your guy.

Meet Banjo 🎶 • 5 years old • Standard size Male Bull Terrier • Same Size Dog friendly • Kid Friendly • Neutered, fully vetted, up to date on vaccines • Central Arkansas (transport available) Banjo was pulled from the San Antonio euthanasia list in May 2023—and he’s been making the most of his second chance ever since. This is your classic, well-rounded Bull Terrier: funny, affectionate, a little goofy, and always ready to be part of whatever you’re doing. He’s an active guy who enjoys walks, exploring, and playtime, but he’s just as happy being your sidekick and soaking up attention. Banjo is friendly with other dogs and brings that easygoing, “let’s just hang out” energy into a home. He’s the kind of dog that makes you laugh without trying—one of those personalities that just sticks with you. After everything he’s been through, Banjo deserves a home that sees him for what he is: a loyal, loving dog who’s ready to be someone’s best friend. Apply to adopt Banjo and give him the life he’s been waiting for.

💗 NOVA | 7 yrs | ~45 lbs Central Arkansas (transport available) Only Dog Home Required Nova didn’t come into rescue in the best shape—but you’d never know it now. With the right care (and a little thyroid support), she’s feeling good, looking better, and fully leaning into her new favorite lifestyle: retired couch queen. This girl is the slower, softer side of the Bull Terrier personality. She’s not here for chaos—she’s here for comfort, routine, and being your one and only. Her ideal day? • A cozy spot on the couch • A short stroll or two • And her absolute favorite… car rides with the window down so she can soak up the breeze like the queen she is 👑 Nova is: ✔️ Spayed (just in time—she narrowly avoided pyometra) ✔️ Up to date on vaccines ✔️ Thriving on thyroid medication ✔️ Around 45 lbs and feeling good Personality-wise, she’s: 💗 Sweet, affectionate, and full of charm 💗 A little opinionated (she will absolutely talk back if she disagrees 😆) 💗 At her best as the only dog, where she can fully relax and shine Nova doesn’t need a busy home—she needs her person. Someone who appreciates a slower pace, a big personality, and a dog who will happily ride shotgun through life with them. If you’ve got a couch, a car, and a soft spot for a dog who’s been through it and come out shining… Nova might just be your girl.
