Story
Trixie is a very special needs dog. She doesn't have a mean bone in her body, but she is extremely timid of people. We have had Trixie in our rescue for a long time and she just needs a special home. She gets along great with other dogs, she just takes a long time to warm up, and even then, is still skittish. For the right home, she would be a perfect dog. Again, she loves other dogs and deserves to find a home/ranch where she can play with others. Trixie is a German Shepherd/Siberian Husky mix, about 3 years old, she prefers the company of other dogs, she is very playful with other dogs and she really likes to get in the kiddy pool and she loves toys, she is a little skittish of people, but not a fear biter, she has been spayed and she is vaccinated for Distemper/Parvo and Rabies and been treated for parasites and microchipped. Her Adoption Fee has been reduced, we just need to find her a loving home. Are you that person? Story
MEET MILO - This adorable little guy came into the rescue at about 8 weeks old from someone that said they purchased him but due to their child’s behavior of “play” slapping the puppy, they sent him to rescue stating he played too rough. (He doesn’t) He is a very good boy and has learned hands are for loving and he’s doing great. Milo is about 6 months old now and weighed 8 lbs at the vet when neutered. He’s very loving and playful. He loves to play with other small dogs and is just a genuinely happy guy. Another small dog in the home is on on Milo’s wish list. Milo is Neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. If you believe Milo is your love match, please email us with a little information about yourselves and how Milo would spend his days with you, to gooddogk9rescue@yahoo.com Thank you - Good Dog K9 Rescue Inc.

Story
MEET SALLY ~ This Gorgeous girl is looking for her love match - Sally is a young German Shepherd, she wasn’t even a year old yet when we rescued her. Sally didn’t get the best start in life. Sally is estimated to be 18 months old currently. When we rescued Sally we found out quickly from our vet she had some physical trauma equivalent to being tossed out of a moving vehicle. Sally would hang her head low and was uncertain of new people in the beginning. (She has fully recovered) Sally has come a long way. No longer the jumper, though she still needs an occasional reminder when she’s happy to see you. Sally, knows basic commands now and eager to learn more. She is very attentive and would make someone an amazing companion that plans to continue training. Her. Sally loves kids, she’s good with other dogs and wants to be snuggled. She’s a good girl, energetic and fun. She is an amazing watch dog. She is kennel trained and will go straight in upon being told. Sally is now Spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. If you believe Sally is your love match please send some information about yourselves and how Sally would spend her days with you along with a request for an adoption application to gooddogk9rescue@yahoo.com Thank you, Good Dog K9 Rescue

Story
MEET MISSY - Missy is an adorable little Sharpei mix with the temperament of a sloth. Missy came to us with some health issues that have been treated by our vet and resolved. Missy would love parents but has expressed her preference to be an only child. She’s ok with chill dogs like herself but not energetic dogs, she doesn’t appear to care about cats one way or the other. She is pretty funny with her antics, she loves to bury her entire body under the blankets and likes to occasionally sun bathe on the porch. She is very particular about where she does her business outside and moseys right back in the house when finished. Missy would be a great companion for someone that wants a wrinkled little couch potato buddy. Shes approximately 4-5 years old and about 40 lbs, kind of a small girl. She’s very loving and grumbles when she’s having a conversation with you. Missy is not a fan of small children, they make her very nervous, though she is in love with our teen granddaughters. Missy can be trusted to be alone in the house unless you have candy or sweets laying around. I’ve never met a dog that loves jelly beans and junk food like this girl - so heads up on that. She is eating Purina pro plan chicken and rice (since we won’t give her a diet of junk food- lol) and we give her wet food in each meal which is the most excited you will see her. Missy is spayed, vaccinated and Microchipped. If you believe Missy is your love match please send some information about yourselves and how Missy would spend her days with you along with a request for an adoption application to gooddogk9rescue@yahoo.com Thank you, Good Dog K9 Rescue Inc.

Story
MEET JOJO - His momma is a Sharpei, his daddy is… We’re thinking Labrador retriever. This fun little guy is ready to play, play, play! He loves to run out his energy with his foster brothers and sisters. He loves play wrestling with the cats. He dials down his play to match their energy. After he runs out his energy, he finds some way to climb onto the couch or bed, wherever his humans are. He insists on sleeping near his humans, he doesn’t agree the dog bed is a good alternative to human snuggling. JoJo does great on car rides and goes to work with his foster mom every day. He sleeps in his crate through the night and doesn’t make a peep until morning. He He has mastered the doggy door. He’s a lover and will make a perfect fun size companion. We think JoJo will be about 45 lbs when full grown. Jojo is neutered, up to date on vaccines including rabies, dewormed and microchipped. Jojo is currently in Foster care in Live Oak California. If you believe Jojo is your love match please send some information about yourselves and how Jojo would spend his days with you along with a request for an adoption application to gooddogk9rescue@yahoo.com Thank you, Good Dog K9 Rescue
