Story
Mimosa is a 45 lb 4 year old. She is an intelligent, devoted, and energetic canine with stunning hazel eyes and robust physique. She interacts well with people and children, although she may be overly enthusiastic during playtime with younger children. Mimosa enjoys exploring the outdoors and engaging in physical activities like hiking, running, and roaming open fields. She excels as a protective companion or a loving lap dog who relishes in cuddling. It's worth noting that Mimosa thrives in households where she's the sole canine occupant due to her being reactive with certain dogs. I am currently relocating across the state and am in a tough financial state. She is a great dog and it breaks my heart that I cannot care for her anymore. Rehoming fee is only there to ensure that she will be placed in a caring home.

Story
Max is a purebred 2yr husky. He does not do well with cats, other MALE dogs or live stock. He is semi housebroken, because he is not neutered he does like to mark his territory. He has a great personality, and loves children. He does have a ton of energy and craves lots of attention. We acquired max from a friend of ours who lived in an apartment and just couldn't handle the care he needs. We live on 6 acres so we thought it would be the perfect environment for him. However he did not do well with our tenants male dog or my cat. After a few months he took to chasing our goats. We repeatedly made repairs and replaced fencing in hopes of keeping him out of the pasture but he's quite the escape artist and we just can't keep him out of the pasture. He needs a good home with lots of love and care, and plenty of room to roam away from any live stock or cats.

Story
Trixie is a very special needs dog. She doesn't have a mean bone in her body, but she is extremely timid of people. We have had Trixie in our rescue for a long time and she just needs a special home. She gets along great with other dogs, she just takes a long time to warm up, and even then, is still skittish. For the right home, she would be a perfect dog. Again, she loves other dogs and deserves to find a home/ranch where she can play with others. Trixie is a German Shepherd/Siberian Husky mix, about 3 years old, she prefers the company of other dogs, she is very playful with other dogs and she really likes to get in the kiddy pool and she loves toys, she is a little skittish of people, but not a fear biter, she has been spayed and she is vaccinated for Distemper/Parvo and Rabies and been treated for parasites and microchipped. Her Adoption Fee has been reduced, we just need to find her a loving home. Are you that person? To adopt this wonderful dog, please call us at 530-695-3814 or you can log onto our website at www.sbk9rescue.com and fill out an online application by Scrolling down to "Adopt Me" tab.
