Story
Hi there, I’m Brawn!I’m about 2 years old, and if I had to describe myself in a few words, I’d say I’m a big, lovable goofball with an even bigger heart. I’m a shepherd mix with lots of energy, lots of love to give, and a serious passion for the great outdoors.I absolutely love people—seriously, everyone I meet is my new best friend. Whether it’s chin scratches or just hanging out by your side, I’m all in. I’m also dog-friendly, so I’d be happy to have a canine sibling to play with! I`d like to stick to just dog siblings though and would do best in a home without cats. One of my favorite things in the world is being outside. Give me a big yard (preferable many acres +), a trail, or a nice long walk, and I’m in heaven. I’d make an amazing adventure buddy for someone who enjoys fresh air and a loyal companion by their side.I can’t wait to meet you and start our adventures together!

Story
Hi! My name is Sunny. I am the sweetest, goofiest, jolliest little guy. I was rescued by my foster from Texas where I was set to be euthanized due to space. I’ve made my way to Colorado and I’m ready to find my adventure buddy! I was a stray for most of my life and experienced food and water deprivation. I currently do not resource guard, but it’s something to be aware of. I arrived at the shelter weighing only 30 pounds. I have reached 50 pounds but am working on gaining more weight! I LOVE to run- I’m very fast, and love toys. I am nervous with new people and need treats, patience, and a few minutes to warm up. I will bark and let everyone know I’m nervous. However, I warmed up quickly to my current foster mom and dad and am a HUGE love bug. The world is still a bit scary so I will need training to learn that new people and sounds are not a threat. I love other dogs and am working on reading cues as I can be a rough player. I am receptive to training and can sit, shake, and come!

Story
Meet Bodie! This 4-year-old Shih Tzu mix is a tiny guy with a big personality and a whole lot of love to give. Bodie can be a little nervous when meeting new people, but once you`re in his circle, he`s your loyal little shadow and will happily stick by your side.He loves squeaky toys, cozy naps, and being as close to his person as possible. Bodie is still learning his manners and may need some patience and training, he has a lot to say when he wants attention (which is... pretty much always ).If you`re looking for a devoted companion who will keep you company, and supervise your day, Bodie might be your perfect match!

Story
Hi, my name is Charlie! I was rescued by my foster mom from Texas after being set to be euthanized due to space. I am 2 years old and a big headed love bug. I was a stray for most of my life so experienced food and water deprivation. I sometimes resource guard food, spaces, and my humans within the home BUT have made lots of progress within a few short days of having a safe and stable routine. I love all people and am a gentle giant. I do awesome at the vet and even tolerate needles. I love adventures, but don’t love getting into the car. Once I’m inside, I tolerate it, especially if a pup cup is on the horizon. I am heartworm positive, but my foster mom set up a GoFundMe to help with costs! The vet said I have a great trajectory with no significant damage present in my x-rays! I have about 5 months of activity restriction ahead of me, but it doesn’t seem to bother me much. While I hope to get back to hiking someday, I have a chill demeanor and I’m more than happy to take it easy!
